 Falsely for 'NLR and 'revenge RDM' when doing my job as a cop.

 Becuase it's a false ban. Was doing my job as a cop.

 3 Days.

I was falsely banned for doing my job as a cop. The guy was wandering around in public areas with a wanted status. As a cop, my job is to arrest people unless they're an active threat. I did exit spawn from various locations. He continued to be in said public areas no matter where I would be going from.

You were banned for 3 days for NLR x5, which constitutes Mass NLR. You also did RRDM, as on the fifth NLR you killed the individual.

Also worth noting is why this incident occured: You were killed by Mr Sniffy(player changed job name to Black Plague), and then proceeded to become a CC Cop class... And then began chasing after them.

Almost like the 'same area' is one of the main areas to go through, and is directly opposite of where I had my base. 
As well as the fact that if cops aren't allowed to follow want-signs, that's gonna need to be put in.

The 'class change' was actually just done since I wanted to get a bit more cash from the PD screen, he just happened to be there afterwards. If that's such a big issue, guess I'll be having to swap off any cop-classes if I see I changed near someone who is wanted. 

So... Yeah. Happened to be in front of me with a wanted after I changed classes for cash. Staying in the same location in public view no matter where I'd be going through.

I'm still saying this is a bull ban. But I guess it's 'respect high up staff authority' time. I'll take it if there's no removal of it, but I'm certainly not going to like it.

I'm gonna explain this as I had explained it during the sit.

When you leave spawn, you have four routes you can goto:

 

*Beach

*Suburbs

*Sewers

*Fountain

 

Instead of going to any of those other alternative routes and avoiding the possibility of NLR, you instantly ran back and attempted to stun gun the other party who was leaving the beach spawn and heading to where the Harvest/Farming Tutorial NPC is.

 

You had five chances to say, "Yeah, nah. I'm gonna goto fountain" but instead you kept going back and attempting to stungun the player that you had wanted. Why did you choose to do this, and how is this not Mass NLR?

The big issue I see here isn’t that you came back to spawn, if you had done this after he killed you it would have all been fine and no nlr would’ve been broken. It’s you coming back and going after the guy again just because he’s wanted. If it had been a few minutes and it was a different reason to be wanted sure we could probably let it slide but the fact it was the same reason he was wanted and kept coming back to try arrest him is pretty blatant NLR. 
 

imo you got off easy with a 3 day ban instead of a week.

He wasn't 'just leaving the beach spawn'. He was at the crossroads near the black market dealer which is visible from miles away. And was hanging around there.
As I stated, my base is opposite that, right next to the PD facing that direction. So like I said, if we're supposed to ignore wanted signs if we die (Meaning no matter the approach, direction, or anything like that) that needs adding. 

Also, the want wasn't from me. It was from someone else. If I had wanted him after dying the first time, yeah, there would be no arguing at all. And I did exit from different directions. First was from the direction of the fountain. Then out the other end. When he was then seemingly walking towards the mining area, I though "Okay, I'll just head back towards my base." since I had spawned on the beach end of spawn so it would be quicker going that way. But he was still in the exact area. 

 

As for 'running back to stungun him'. Like I said, afaik, cops shouldn't ignore a wanted sign. And afaik, ignoring it counts as failRP.

Like I said before though, if there's no chance of it being removed, despite my explanation, then I'll accept it. Though I won't be happy about it.

You "discussed" this with a few staff on the discord and they explained it to you, im pretty sure you just denied their correct explanation and just said "no i didnt break any rules" you got off easy i think

I am going to put my input since I am the one who originally made the report. The turn of events was as follows. I was Mr. Sniffy and killed Wanderer when he was off guard to complete the sniff as I was accepting sniffs on different hitmen at the time who accepted hits. After his death, he swapped jobs which I did not see at fist. I started running towards black market dealer (away from the police station) to avoid any cops who could have seen the kill. He proceeded to leave spawn and stungun me multiple times through that tunnel from beach to black market dealer. I killed him once there (His 1st NLR). He came out again as I was going to go to the black market dealer at that point to check it and he came back out extremely fast again (which I was ready for because players who return to try to arrest come back 95% of the time to try again and again) so I killed him again when he stungunned me the second time (NLR number 2). I decided I was not going to be able to check it and started running in the direction of casino (while still stunned the entire time from his first non lethal and due to his second so I was slow as hell.) He stungunned me a third time and I proceeded to kill him the third time (NLR number 3) while still being slow again from ANOTHER time getting stungunned which kept me stunned the whole time (I had to stop moving and crouch to aim in since I was non lethaled and could not use iron sights on my MSMC but after it I proceeded to move through the tunnel to slums. He then proceeded to come back the fourth time and just gun me down instead of trying to arrest me (NLR/RRDM).

In total it was NLR/Attempted RRDA (X3) NLR/RRDM. and even if you do not want to count the first one which it would be hard to believe is not to be counted it would still then be NLR (Since he died, switched jobs, and immedietly went for the arrest), NLR/Attempted RRDA (x2) and NLR/RRDM. That is the total sequence of events.
