I am not sure why I was banned, the admin did not tell me at all. He pulled me then just banned me with no discussion or my side of the story, this is my first ever punishment. The only thing I could think is when I saw people with EXP as the spirit caller I would hit them with my knife for the Jar. Some people would die depending on their XP but I didn't know that's RDM. Also I shot a SWAT medic who arrested me then after we had a shootout because I got uncuffed he found me at spawn and fined me, so I paid the fine and killed him. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I am not here to minge or RDM, and I follow the rules. I didn't get my side of the story at all, I am new to this server and it would be nice for the admins to talk before banning straight away. The admin was just playing music in his mic and didn't even ask me one question, is that how all admins handle things? Its not really cool at all, talking to him he wanted to reduce it to a 3 day? But I still don't think that's fair at all. I clearly am not out Mass RDMing multiple of the kills I got was from the shootout seen in the video. Yet that doesn't make sense because the kills happened too quickly together? Also I had seen in another post that seeing a bunch of kills in the logs is not a reason to instantly ban for MRDM, but that's what happened here? I am hoping I can get unbanned, I like playing here! :) Who warned/banned you? He broke NLR just to come fine me, and so I paid him then killed him for it. I felt like that's not RDM? Should I have just reported him? 1:33 is the timestamp for the fine. He had also broke NLR to come try to arrest me multiple times, and wasn't surprised when he came to spawn to fine me. I felt like it was all within roleplay, and if I handled it wrong I do apologize. I just wanted to make sure I kept it all in RP. At 0:42 He comes back after dying to arrest us. Then at 1:33 he runs to spawn to fine me, almost as if it was targeted. I also don't see it anywhere in the rules about Spirit caller being RDM if you kill the person? I could be wrong. The game tells you not to do this. The staff should have told you this but decided to say nothing, which isn't fair. I am saying I died what are you doing because I had no idea that he could do that to me. I just don't know why I couldn't have been jailed for 30 mins? Or any other punishment. I would really like it if I can get unbanned and some punishment in game. I still think 3 days is crazy for what I did, and with how it was handled by staff. At the end of the day my spirit kills I was trying to do the function of the job, I will be more careful and I had no idea what I was doing. I was grinding XP and I know spiritcaller gives you a lot since you just need to find someone to get a jar from. F___ Posted September 2 Share Posted September 2 Funny how Jackofblades broke the rules first and yet called a sit when you did it back. This however while funny is still breaking a rule and he did report you, however a week ban for a first offence that wasn't RDM is way too harsh IMO. The report from the batman appears to just be a simple case of crossfire, which while is still RDM shouldn't be treated as harshly and the kill on Jack was RDM. I'm in favour of reducing this down to just a warning seeing as it is a first offence and honestly isn't all that deep for a full on ban. +1 for Unban and warning instead. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would also like to emphasize on yelling party assist when defending friends. while the other cop was shooting your friend, you also started shooting at the cop.
