Except when they are RPing.  Like having ents, crops, lootboxes, etc... There needs to be something specifying bounties. Breaking law = Rping.  Breaking law = bounty as well. There is nothing saying anything about that in the rules about bounties, and I am in the middle on it whether it is allowed, and edoux also assumed as well.

Nah, I get you. It's a really awkward position to be in when you are building and someone kicks your door in and shoots you.

Someone should probably make a suggestion for some kind of !build system like Sandbox servers have.

as for the spawn thing no you are not meant/allowed to be arresting in spawn unless they are already wanted and ran into spawn. using /wanted to bypass the autowant swep being disabled in spawn is exploiting

as for the if u can/cant and what u can/cant do with a building sign up:
if you have a hit or a bounty on someone, as long as you don't need to lockpick/break any doors that were locked, break any windows, or break any props (and lockpick fading doors etc etc), then you are allowed to fine/complete bounties/hits/stalker on the player with the building sign, as u are not damaging the players' base or forcefully entering.
and yes this is via word of mouth from both staff and normal players/common sense -> This was done to be very lenient due to the constant complaints people made about not being able to complete hits/bounties. If you want to neglect this and take the rules from MOTD as they are written, edoux10 still breaks the rules as Piklas' building sign would ONLY be void if he had money-making entities in the base (which he did not and that is not the reason it was raided)
The rule written in MOTD does not state you are not allowed to be ''rping'' with a building sign (yes this means it could be loopholed), it states that you are not allowed to be using money-making / illegal entities. So no, having a bounty does not mean you can be raided with a building sign

this is somewhat explained with the cop rule stating that you don't need a warrant to raid as a cop as long as the doors are open. as a cop, you are allowed to fine/arrest someone who is in a base with a building sign as long as the doors are open and u arent breaking anything

to say edoux10's punishment is unjustified seems wrong, he broke the rule, lied in the sit because he knows he broke the rule, and then decided to suicide to try and leave the sit (big nono!)
