Reviewing the evidence and the clips the warn seems valid, the difference between chucking two c4s in a base and two trains in a base as Picolas is that the c4 are considered still part of the same SINGULAR raid, as opposed to Picolas Trains the raid starts AND ends with the one train, so essentially you raided the same base twice back to back. The rule tagged by bugman is clear on this that, you cannot perform other raid actions, you performed another raid action. Based on the first clip, player NOOB BASERS pm'd most likely telling you that chud was in his base, in which you trained him which is fine, then you were dissatisfied that you did not kill/destroy chud's ents and thus you turned around and proceeded to train terrry next. In my opinion, you did this with the knowledge that both chud and terrry frequently base together or prior knowledge from NOOB BASERS that terrry was also in said base.

The clip we were shown only included a portion of the sit with terrry and not the beginning of the clip or the bombing. based on the fact you were talking with another player trying to confirm a name of someone in the base i feel that you were doing this intentionally and manipulating evidence to discredit both I and Tapwater69. 

 

After sleeping and having a refreshed mind and body I re-read the rule. The warn was valid. 

 

 

Additional side note: when you are sleep deprived your IQ is greatly diminished.

good point by the way can we get any footage before the first train on chud as per this appeal guideline:
 

• All video evidence must start ~30 secs before the event in question, and end ~30 after.

I dont know what video you saw... but the first video is of both trains.  the second video is the entire sit with terrry, not a portion.  it starts with him tping me, and ends with him returning me.  I did not manipulate anything.  They both saw both clips.

Thats gonna be hard as I already hard deleted those videos as I thought the videos were fine.  If you want to see 30 seconds prior just because "thats the rule" I cant do that.  What do you expect to gain out of seeing 30 seconds prior?  All you would see was me walking from spawn to the statue.  Its not an RDM where you need context.  Its a train.

I showed you both clips in its entirety.  The video I showed also was part of a larger 1+ hour video that is now deleted.  You could have told me to show you the prior 30 seconds, but you didnt.  We discussed this pretty well in our sit/conversation and I still have a video of that.  You are backtracking to try and make yourself look good here since everyone is disagreeing with what you said initially. IE, I could have spawned 1 through X amount of trains on the same guy... Which is what you said, and the clip is posted in this thread.

I am not backtracking on my statements. All points made in the video you presented with me and tapwater69 are misrepresented as the only portion of the clip we were shown for the duration of that call only included the clip of the terrry sit. Had the clip we were shown included the conversations you were having with other players I would have just stated that the warn was valid as you were intentionally targeting the base.

In dms he was telling me he was holding 30 minutes of evidence, wouldn't be surprised at all if he only showed the videos that somehow supported his case. seems like he just wants to drama monger and make you guys look bad at this point

I told you that I was targetting him. both you and tapwater said (in teh clip that is literally posted) that I had no idea if it was in their base since no ents/people were killed.  You also stated I could drop as many trains as I want.  Its all in the clip.  I also offered to show you the entirety of the interaction (like 15 minutes) and you declined.  So I didnt misrepresent shit.

said train also happened to affect two people inside of the same base, one train your friend specifically wanted to hit on raccoons (chud).
