Understanding:

I am making this appeal for the reason I fell I should have been warned instead of banned for 1 day even though I was trying to explain to staff member the misunderstanding I had. I still felt the punishment was harsh I have not been banned before because I was always fairly good upon the rules and making sure I knew as much as I could, in that time after I became staff a few times the reason I mention these things is to let you the reader understand more where I will be coming from. THE MAIN reason behind this is that the staff member mentioned his mistake in a sit for banning people that had old warns, which I link below.

Reason:

So for the ban described more there are pictures of proof of me returning fully to titsrp around the time of the ban. So around this time I have lost some familiarity from some of the rules and I still admit I did break some rules though I let the staff member know of my mistake and explained that the class and model the player was using misguided me in my actions then after that he decided that a 1-day ban instead of a 2-day ban was fair for a warn that happened over a year prior related to the ban.

Explanation:

As staff, I was always trained to educate over punishment which I always did but also if needed to be in most situations a note>warn>ban was given more times I would check to see how long ago a warn or ban has happened also i would see the players know age if they were reasonable/ fairly decent member of the community then decide on the ban/warn/note (Verbal). Futher I know we make mistakes and even still should be better to teach and make sure that the staff members can be reasonable and somewhat professional during sits it can be a struggle sometimes when someone is explaining themselves in a way, but as a staff team we should be able to hear out others in / out of the community

RDM: John kills Billy because why not (this does not include death matches that involve job rules ex: Minions killing Gru)

These are common rules from the rule book i really wish you would play with us on tits again basing with you was fun

So I was basing making weapons and a dude starts raiding as the Mr sniffy as a custom class with the same color as the Mr sniffy. So I thought because he continued raiding that he was failrp since mercenary classes can't continue raiding. Then after I got to reading rules again I could see I did make a mistake, but it could have been handled different since I did explain my situation 

 

also must note there was not entities in my base like printers etc. only a weapon modifier table

Couple more rules related to my case:

1. Do not modify a job name in a way that gives you a clearly unintended roleplay advantage. (ex. Custom class named "Civil Projection" and using a model that looks like CP to gain entry into the Mayor's office or Terrorist changes their job name to "Black Market Dealer", Hacker drinks a CP potion and also changes his job name to Secret Service before raiding the PD, etc.)

2. The following jobs are allowed to raid their target only to carry out job functions. They may not interact with entities inside the base

Having your job color and model the same as a different class is 100% allowed as you arent trying to make it seem like you are that class. If you like the rat model and like the color orange you can make your cc that, and it isnt trying to impersonate mr sniffy, same as if you made your job color green and your model the alien. 

Either way, returning to your base to kill him isnt allowed, and I really dont believe that you didnt know that even if you hadnt played in a while. RDM and NLR  are basic rules of darkrp, and with how much playtime you have there is no way you just forget that.
 
This is your playtime chart as it currently stands. If you have played for 200 hours over the course of a month and still dont remember basic rules then that is not the fault of the staff member.

That is the play chart from last 30 days. I have provided evidence above of my activity.  I was banned then starting playing more after the ban, that chart won't match to anything I have provided? - Edit: in the 1st picture on discord it was 3 days prior to the incident

My bad, I thought the ban was more recent. Knowing that, I now gotta ask, why are you appealing this now? This ban is over and has been for a month, and once again, not playing for a year or 2 doesnt make me forget what NLR or RDM is.

Sorry for the late reply had a power outage thats my bad. Im gonna be straight forward even if you had just come back and was a little out of touch you should have looked over the rules your not someone who is completely brand new to titsrp. This ban was over a month or so ago most likely when i was tmod or had just gotten moderator which means ill admit i was a pretty stupid staff member i wasnt the greatest. I will so i do kinda agree with it being harsh but at the same time when i was tmod i was probably looking at your prior warns and bans saw you were not a new player and most likely banned you cause all around you should hvae known better.  Im just curious to as why your reporting it now a whole month later?

I am appealing this now because it just did not feel right that I was banned when I tried explaining during the time the misunderstanding though after I looked into it more and more I realized that I could not be the only one that made a mistake that day I admit my fault and I should have not done so but during that time I was refreshing my mind on the server and the ban would be more understandable if I was recently warned but due to hearing more from other staff and players in the community I should have been educated and warned during the time due to the fact that I was being reasonable and explaining that I did not mean to break the rules when I should be familiar with them in that time I thought I could handle something that should have been taken care of by staff instead trying to do the things I have done.

Also, I have been busy at work so that is why I late reply
