Seems as though your learning curve doesn't exist. Seems as though you've spent 3 months working towards this ban. -1 Crab and Tene are right, I was looking at a section for comments and not accusations. +1 for a reduction to 2 weeks, -1 for an unban because Hobo Dad said he had warned you earlier for the same thing so step 2 is correct. If banning staff member had reached out to smod+ to discuss an extension/deviation due to the fact this dude had two instances on the same day then maybe id be okay with it. +1 for a reduction to a 2 week unappealable ban as per guideline. The punishment guidelines don't change when one rule is broken in the same day twice. I'm not sure why a racism voteban is being brought up in this appeal when racism and pedophile accusations are two different actions, even if both actions are under the same rule category. I think you have the wrong person for 2 of those, that would be eater of clown. you can even ask him I only slandered him but I never publicly said anything in chat it was only ME, you, eater-of-clown AND Patrick-Bateman, AND Hyder. and as I have stated the entire situation was immature, especially doing it a second time/instigating. I think he should be banned for 1 month since Silly Nigga has multiple previous warns/notes for player toxicity and also for the fact that earlier that day I gave him a break and warned him for Mass NLR + RDM x2.
