"Threatening to DDOS the server" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? now, this is gonna be funny. I was basically hot micing in OOC chat, just without the aggression or insults, one of these statements being something something "almost makes me want to funny d word the server" as you can see, the acronym stated in my ban message was never expressed, I could of meant Dox, I could of meant Dick, I could of meant any series of D words and it was clearly taken as DDos, despite the only reasoning for it being taken this way is due to the nature of servers, not just Gmod servers but, office servers, data servers, etc, this was argued by the staff that it was loop holing, which, is it really? the ban also states I had threatened to do it, I did not, I expressed the idea of allegedly doing it but, there was no statement that indicated I was planning or wanting to do it in a genuine serious matter. I would also like to note that nowhere in the MOTD doe s it even mention ddos threats, jokes or any other literary or verbal expression of ddos, and if, I was, hypothetically wanting to ddos the server, for real, why would I go on, play for several hours, amass a playtime of nearly a full day, say somthing in relation to it, then not do it once im punished for a rule that is not listed as a rule, and then not go through with it? its irregular and doesn't make sense. Regardless threatening to Doxx the server is a big no no and you were punished accordingly, maybe if you had been more willing to comply and not saying the nasty thing you did you could have been let off with a warning. Think about how we the staff team see this, we have no way of knowing even now if you were trolling or not, And if you were indeed being serious then the person who banned you just saved the server and its people time and effort. after I saw the video for context on how you were acting even after brought to a sit about the Doxx threats you made I am more so a -1 for your unban.
