ban appeal; ironfish randomly banned me for simply stating another moderator was building in streets

i was not toxic whatsoever, i simply stated a moderator was building in streets without cursing or saying anything toxic, then an admin teleporting me telling me i was getting banned and to make a forums post. i was told in the past that if a player is doing something that multiple players are complaining about they should probably stop. ironfish had no attempt to solve the situation or correct the server and the complaints being made. Terry was blocking the tunnel and they claimed it was "megabasing" when all he was doing was blocking the tunnel to the industrial zone and literally just building in the street. many players were complaining that its causing problems with the battlepass.

i Was banned for ftc? when i was told once in chat (which was moving very fast and everything couldnt be read) to stop talking about it and make a forums post. then i just get teleported and told i was being banned and i asked why and he showed me the line where apparantly he it was some sorta demand that i didnt know id be banned for? really?

     Hello Two Tap Tony, You were banned for FTC and Player Toxicity. You were complaining in chat about a valid base that you thought broke a rule after being told by multiple different staff members that it was allowed, and after watching someone else get banned for stirring drama after being told to stop. I gave you the same chance I gave the other person, I explained to you that it was not against the rules, then when you continued, I told you to stop and report him if you believe he's in the wrong. A whole ten seconds after telling you to drop it, you bring it back up, and insult him for 0 reason, this doesn't make sense with your "chat was moving too fast" statement. So just by that explanation and with the proof here, you have lied twice. You saw me teleport to Terrry in chat, then clear his base and announce that it broke 0 rules, then personally tell you that it broke no rules. The second lie is in the title "ironfish randomly banned me for simply stating another moderator was building in streets". I highly doubt you forgot the last two messages you sent, which were obviously not stating that a moderator was building in the streets. I am a -1 for this appeal, but a +1 for it to be extended to three days for FTC & Player Toxicity, due to you lying in your appeal twice.

Was given additional context that 8-10 mins before the screenshot provided, you saw FTC get banned for this reason, and were talked to directly by iron. I agree that it would be easy to just bring you to sitland earlier, but it seems you did have a lot of chances. As long as the information I was told is true, I am -1 for unban

This is a blatant lie. My whole night of playing was recorded. I maybe said 5 lines of chat in ooc and then i was teleported with the admin not even responding to me and rishing to ban me without any discussion.

What did i lie about? I have everything recorded. Theres no drama being stirred up or anything. He was blocking the streets causing problems for multiple players while he is breaking rules that are written. Not the ones you seem to be enforcing that arent written. 

You never personally told me anything after a sit with this other random player you banned. Youre just protecting eachother for no reason.  The only rule written about megabases is that they cant be in popular areas which it obviously was if it was causing players to complain in ooc. Ive said nothing wrong and didnt insult anyone in my chats.

I will post the clip when i get home as its on my computer. I shouldnt have recieved a forum warning also? For what? What have i done thats useless? The mod/admin was creating a disturbance with not only me. 

 

Also there were many players typing in ooc. There was no way for me to tell who was talking to me and who wasnt as general statements were being made in OOC

         So this is your third lie in this appeal, which is a little confusing seeing as lying once in an appeal is an insta-deny. Here is proof of you sending not only 21 messages overall(all of them about terrry), but also my conversation to you in the sit lasting for one minute and eight seconds, where I did talk to you and explained why you were being banned.
