Appeal/Report on Beef Curtains and American Red Cross

Damn, this left me speechless. This behavior is unacceptable and shouldn't be taken lightly. Somehow everything that could've went wrong, went wrong. I don't know what those two were thinking during those sits and even before, it especially seems that the power got to their heads. 
+1 for full demotion of Beef Curtain (no staff ban)

Yeah, I agree with Isaac on this one. A 6 month staff ban seems like way too much.

I am also a +1 for both banning Xiers for 3d for RDM and the removal of your Player Toxicity warn.

I am sorry for my unprofessionality during the sits yesterday, there is no good reason for why I prop killed Beef curtain 3 times. 

During the the xiers warning and killing I really went off slogs showing 2 seconds but I understand xiers should have waited a little bit longer so you could respond, and I understand we should have punished xiers for RDM on those 2 sits. I did not realize you got a warn for toxicity and I am +1 on removing that because you were told of your punishment and why it happened.  

I am supportive of a demotion back to Trial moderator or a strike for Me(American red cross)

Yahya here. I am sorry you had to experience this and I must admit that I am disgusted and disappointed by what I've seen. I'm not even gonna bother asking for context to the staff members in question because the clips show pretty much everything. This is not even something we could justify by the staff members being new/not knowing the rules. This is just pure mental retardation . 

I will be: 

+1 for a full demotion and 6 month staff ban on Beef Curtains for staff abuse, IRDM

+1 for a talking to on American Red Cross for breaking TitsRP Staff guidelines.

+1 for a 3 day ban on Xiers for RDMx2 and Player Toxicity 

+1 for the removal of your warn

This is blatant favoritism and a horrible representation of the fairness, integrity, and maturity we expect from every staff member across the board. Everything you reported was horribly mismanaged by the two staff members who took the sits and what happened is not only unfair, but entirely unacceptable.

 

That first sit told me everything I needed to know about the interactions to follow. Your sit should have been taken seriously and not brushed aside. While ultimately punishment is at the staff members’ discretion, it still must be fair and reasonable. Constantly propkilling the person who RDMed you and then saying “apologize” is neither fair nor reasonable. Beef should have in the very least given himself a note/warn. I will give American Red Cross the benefit of the doubt here, as it seems like he told beef to handle it, which is what we do when staff members break rules. We don’t warn other staff members, we have them warn themselves. Rather than punish himself, though, it seems like Beef Curtains just returned you and moved on. American Red Cross was entirely unserious and immature through this whole sit and Beef Curtains was not only the same, but seemed to refuse any kind of punishment.

 

As far as the second sit goes, it was blatant RDM. Not only did he immediately kill after warning you, but he also should have never warned in the first place. This should have also been taken seriously, but once again the sit was handled entirely immaturely and with a huge bias against you. There should have 100% been a punishment and it seems like there wasn’t, and the handling staff members just kind of let the guy rip into you a bit. He totally should have gotten a warn. He knows better and this was clearly intentional. 
 

The third sit is mostly the same, though not as serious on the RDM. The distinction between someone running at you with cuffs and running at you swinging cuffs is super minimal. It was clear you were chasing the guy with cuffs, and while I understand that you are technically in the right and he should have warned you in advert/e menu, I see this as a misunderstanding at worst and really needing no punishment. Also, should this continue, I want to make it clear: you should definitely leave Xiers alone. Maybe it’s just the way the clips are lined up, but it seems like after all of this you kind of just came after him, and while it’s not enough in my opinion to be considered player targeting, you should still just end it here and draw that line. Regardless though, it should have been taken seriously, and it wasn’t. 
 

In the fourth sit, it really seemed like they just had it out for you. I think the thing with you being froze is a non-issue, but I think given the context it ties into the two just kind of screwing with you and being unprofessional. The warn is a huge issue. It was entirely inconsistent with the previous sits you had with the same staff members and again, really

just made it seem like they just had it out for you. 
 

All four of these sits were horribly mismanaged and really just scummy on the staff members’ behalves. This is clear as day being staff members having each others’ backs, even if it means screwing over other players who hop on for a good experience. We preach like hell that staff should be unbiased, yet time and time again lately I have heard about staff members helping out their friends being an issue. This is a clear example of not only that, but also an entire lack of the maturity, respect, or patience your sits should have been handled with. This is a very poor representation of what we expect from staff and is extremely disappointing.

Everyone has made great points, and I will not waste any more time reiterating. With the response of American Red Cross & multiple attempts to get comments from Beef Curtains with zero response so far:

I'm going to explain this from my point of view, this player "Hyder" had been making sits all day and has failed to include the sits where he was in the wrong. he had also previously broken a few rules himself. and he comes in the sit as he always does talking about RDM., The warn for player toxicity was deserved I have observed Hyder and he walks up to people says something like "fuck you" or "your a bitch" to instigate RDM. and when he had mocked that player in the sit I had said to him the mentioned above, obviously my mic had not been working at the time. i do admit i need to invest in a better microphone so that things like this do not happen.  I hope to keep working with this pleasant staff team in the future.

Do you have any proof for any of these statements at all? Hyder has provided proof beyond a reasonable doubt that you were in the wrong, you need to provide proof for these statements of your own.
