Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned and warned for MRDM and NITRP by Shadow Money Wizard

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was banned for Mass RDM and NITRP when the person who called the only sit on me was Hex who died to me in a life where I only killed one other player WantedNearby, who is my friend so they obviously don't care about the death. When brought the staff member said multiple people called sits on me but absolutely no one did other than Hex and I know that because the people I killed were cool with it and I got sit logs from one of the staff on. I don't think its right to ban for Mass RDM when the only sit called was from 1 person being accidently crossfired (who was a bird btw which was the main reason I didn't even realize they would be caught in the blast) when they were one of 2 people (the other being my friend) I killed that life. I would also like to add that in this sit it was initially cause I was in spawn tunnel while having big food so Hex complained that I was blocking it and they just skipped past that to say I mass rdmed when I had killed Hex 8 minutes ago and the staff member lied and said multiple people had made sits on me for RDM then banned me while I'm trying to defend myself because I asked who made the sits (cause I know no one else did). The sit was very short, 2 minutes in total, and I'm wondering if the staff had some bias towards the person that called it because it was over so soon without any further investigating being done. I think a staff member lying and saying multiple people had made sits on me for RDM just to quickly ban me for mass RDM and NITRP (not sure where that came from) when further pressed is not right.

here is the supposed mrdm? i'm still not sure as to who I mrdmed because only one sit was made for a death that was 10 minutes prior

I did kill other people, but they were all okay with it and no sits were made except for the one by Hex.

 

here you can see the sit was very short and less than two minutes if you account the time it took him to type the ban

Most of these people were my friends and not one of them called a sit except Hex... this isn't disproving my point at all

First off yes hex was the only who called the sit you may have misheard me or I have mispoken, but he made a sit twice

Second just because Hex was "crossfired" in the rdm doesn't make all the other kills fine

Again might've have been a communication mistake from my side, but that really doesn't have to do with the fact you

A.) Mass RDMed mutliple people

B.) Make you sound like you have any intention to RP on the server (Killing a Shit ton of people isn't RP)

Are you willing to set this precedent and start banning everyone that kills multiples of their friends without any sits being called by them?

 

Also I definitely did not mishear you, you explicitly stated Makoto called a sit on me (which seems to be a lie) but if you're going to lie about that then it'll be my word vs your word.

If there is a sit called for MRDM and I look into the logs and see you kill a large amount of players, then yes that is MRDM

 

Also I admit I misspoke on the Makoto part, in your defense that part was my fault

So if I had raided PD and killed a ton of cops, and 5 minutes later someone calls RDM on me would the sit have gone the same way?

Not always. Players could be killing eachother, you can't assume based on logs that, just because lots of players were killed, that they were RDM. Terrorist for example, can kill lots of people within a small timespan.

Different Situation
