EDIT: You were warned on August 20th for this, why are you choosing to appeal it now instead of when you initially got the warn?

Was there any video evidence supplied that showed Hex incorrectly using the warn bind? From either side, it looks like there isn't enough to push for a warn on Hex himself. The advert warns could have been valid, seeing that the cop may have witnessed the murder, and Hex retaining a $500 bounty. If the cop was walking towards Hex, while Hex retaining this bounty (which is knowledge to both players that the player has this bounty), I would see no reason as to why Hex wouldn't be allowed to use a warn bind in this scenario. Unless I'm missing information, it seems valid.

So ima have to stay neutral for now since tbh this thing does seem a little iffy here. I will wait to see what other’s opinions are on this but as of right now I Am in between a -1 and +1.

I don't think evidence is needed when what hex says happen would have been false warns. Someone being near you with a gun out, not actively moving towards you or interacting with you is NOT a reason to warn them, so whether the evidence showed either party was right it's still false. A cop walking near someone without cuffs out not swinging them isn't a reason to kill, and the logs do show manny didn't have cuffs out. It's also weird that hex wouldn't have clipped something like this when I have never seen them in a sit without having video.

If you are out out at the island just hanging with you friend and someone comes up and starts interrupting and wont go away then he can warn him. As Overflow stated.

Hello yes. sorry for any miscommunication or error. I am Manny and I called the admin lean on hex because i believed he rdm me unfairly. in the general section of the rules for this server it reads the following: DO NOT warn people for general actions such as walking down the street, looking at them or being near them. when you play civil protection and the serial killer attempts a murder u automatically get a go go go police call that he is nearby from a player. i go over to this island to help whoever is there. i arrive with batman swep. I ask player "fapgod" if they got the serial killer i am not that fast at typing since im trying to not talk as bad as i did before. Hex begin to warn me (very fast) when i have batman swep out he admits this in previous post (that i had equip not gun or handcuff) and i turn my head at him and ask him why he does this (i dont know if he has a chat log). I do not have the proof of this because i cant record since it lag my game. I went into sandbox the best i could and recreated the incident to the greatest of my ability. i would like to add that u can see that hex in the logs lean posted was quite disrespectful towards me and was swearing at me and was not trying to solve this with respect and resulted to disrespect as lean posted and asked to be warned . im sorry hex i just like to make money from bounty since it is best way to get cash i want to be friends and not have to call admin. i did not pose threat to hex and did not have gun or handcuff out and was going to leave because my job is done serial killer has died. thanks guys hope this can be resolved peacefully hex tell me that i cant talk in ooc about this so i come to forums this is my first time

Ok so my first problem is the first cant be used as proof as to where hex was unless the warning staff member can show nlr logs to show this as well. The other two just show hex being a little rude about the situation but nothing to show where you were or him when he warned you then killed you
