A sit had gotten called on me by two separate people, these people being AgroBot and someone else that I cannot remember, once I was brought into a sit we had talked about it and I gave a little thumbs up emote and they had both called off their sits. Then I was brought back into another sit, this sit was made by Jesus Skritty. He had witnessed me kill these people and called a sit on me on behalf of them, then after about 10 minutes of talking and me explaining that these people had called their sits off and forgave me for killing them, he still continued to carry on with banning me for 3 days Who warned/banned you? riddim Posted July 27, 2023 Share Posted July 27, 2023 Well I was on at the time and can confirm you did MRDM, whether the people were cool with it or not. Yes for the first sit they were chill so no punishment is fine but when Skritty took you to a sit, there was one sit made for RDM on you. I don't really see what Skritty did wrong here as our punishment guidelines state that you can ban up to 3 days for RDM & NITRP. You were a citizen shooting SBC cannons at your friends and unfortunately killed someone unrelated that made a sit on you. The only thing I'm curious about is the FTC added to your ban reason, so for now I will stay neutral until you or Skritty provide more context of the sit. Nibdle Posted July 27, 2023 Author Share Posted July 27, 2023 During the sit with Jesus Skritty I was told by Jesus Skritty that he himself called the sit on me (Agrobot witnessed Jesus Skritty saying this as he was present for this part of the sit and was later tp'd out of the sit) I was under the assumption that the sit with Jesus Skritty was for the previous kills that were already dealt with from the previous sit I was in. The confusion on my part was that Jesus Skritty was the Staff on Duty job at the fountain which means that if he was caught in the MRDM crossfire, he wouldn't have died. As for the situation as i just got on I witnessed you get a 3 or 4 kill feed as a civ with a SBC Cannon. As procedure I pulled you to sitland under said circumstance. Also, as of last staff meeting we've discussed the use of Staff on Duty in the mainland and by all account I was not intending to RP was simply checking up on the server for the little time I was on. The ban was placed as I saw there was no intend to roleplay as looking at previous bans this wasn't your first time. All it takes is one for a ban, but I do see my FTC was incorrect as it should have been NITRP. I will +1 for a change to NITRP, but will -1 for the unban. His last RDM warn was December 2022, and last ban was March 2023, and this whole situation only one person had an issue with it. riddim Posted July 28, 2023 Share Posted July 28, 2023 I believe since the FTC was a mistake on Skrittys end, it's only fair to change the 3 day ban to a warn. If this was a new player messing around with their friends with no sits made, besides the one RDM, I would also just warn for RDM.
