I don't understand what you mean by "changing of the ruling" I see this as threats to dox someone but aight.

We do take threats such as this very seriously and punish very closely to actually grabbing and leaking someone's IP. However I understand that you were just a kid who made a silly mistake and said something dumb and I don't see why we can't give you another chance, just know saying threats like this again will not end well for you.
