Thanks for the evidence as well, but I did see the Mod in question remove two "rda in a sit" warns from two different steamids. However you're correct about double punishing being something you shouldn't do. I saw that Dev also had a double punishment put on him as well though. You are correct about CPBanning + Warning being a double punishment, it's either one or the other. I did already gotten rid of those warns and those were my fault since i thought i heard that it's something you were supposed to do.
