I was really high and really in my head thought that the law was that all cps were kos. I wasn't minging or trying to cover up mrdm i just was super high and had misunderstood the new law that the mayor had put right before i did it. It was all a misunderstanding due to my dumbass being super high off my ass and id like to come play again and follow the rules as i normally would. I made a mistake and it won't happen again. Also the reason I left during sit was cause they already said i was being banned even after explaining how i misunderstood so i left knowing i was already banned. I wasn't trying to avoid the ban.

                Hello Hon Solo, I would like to start this off by saying that you aren't by definition what I would consider a new player. You have 386 hours on the server; the reason this is relevant is because your defense throughout the entire sit was "If you look at the law it makes sense, it said PD is kos. Who's PD? The cops.". I find it hard to believe that throughout your 386 hours on this server you have been killing cops for no reason every time there was a law that said "all PD is KOS". Myself and Astra attempted to try and inform you of this for 13 minutes and 7 seconds. We were in that sit attempting to educate you over punishing you, however, you had to push the fact over and over again that you killing 13 people was valid because you didn't think that the server rules take precedence over the mayor's laws.

 

                Towards the end of the sit you change your story from what I mentioned above into a completely different story of; "It wasn't actually PD it was CP, it didn't say PD it said CP" in regards to what was KOS by the law. This tells me that you yourself were aware of the difference between what PD and CP is. From my point of view your original defense is also debunked from this statement, you were attempting to feign ignorance towards what PD is, however you make a clear distinction in your final statement between PD and CP. I personally am a -1 for this appeal, with that being said though I do wish you the best of luck in this appeal.

The reason was I was making zero sense and again I was off many drugs and not in a correct state of mind and yes i have been playing the server for a long time now and i do understand the rules very well but in that drugged state of mind i convinced myself that I was correct and that the law had given me a reason to do that when clearly it didn't, and going back to the sit we were in I do faintly remember changing up at the end because I did start realizing that i was in the wrong and just didn't want to admit it and be banned. I just really was too high to even coherently speak to you guys and explain myself. That's why my story kept changing and I really wasn't making much sense the whole time but i do understand if you still wanna keep your -1 I just wanted to make it clear that it wasn't me minging or any of that i was just way too high and though oh shit i can kill all of pd that seems fun af. Moral of the Story, too many drugs make you do stupid things.

                After reading your most recent response I can sympathize with you. I will say it is very valiant and mature of you to admit to your wrongs as of right now. There is also the fact that you have not been in any trouble as of recently, your most recent punishment besides this ban was last year. Personally I do not view recreational drug use as a valid excuse for anyone's behavior, however if they were prescribed then I once again can sympathize; but at the end of the day it is your choice to hop onto a moderated server while under the influence. To end this off, in light of you admitting fault and showing remorse for your actions combined with your recent clean history, I am more than willing to change my -1 to a +1 for a reduction to a 1-3 day ban or a warn considering only one player had issue with you killing cops throughout a time period of 7 minutes.

Hey Hon, don't get me wrong, its a very interesting experience to play TitsRP while being intoxicated, i've done it many times myself and it's been a blast for me, but everyone knows being under the influence of drugs or alcohol can and will fuck your decision making skills and perception, leading you to make stupid decisions, but i am going to go ahead and give you some slack, next time try to consume more responsably or be careful of what you do while under the influence!! : )

As much as I want to sympathize with you it's hard. You took drugs you played while high, it would be wrong for me to give you slack when I give other members (won't name names) who are drunk the same punishments as those who aren't.

 

I recommend not playing while high/intoxicated if you won't be able to follow the rules. 

 

That said i will commend you on being open of your remorse for it. -1.

Using that as a excuse to do the things you did is not right. You are responsible for your own actions. It's like trying to give a pardon to someone who was drinking and driving and they hit someone. Instead of a DUI we should just pardon them?

Since iron fish is willing to reduce this ban I’ll unban you since you served 4 days already. But you need to make sure you can handle yourself when your either high or drunk. Don’t let this happen again.
