Why were you banned or warned?

NLR

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Ruii was on a power trip and going crazy because he was being demoted.

Who warned/banned you?

Ruii

How long were you warned or banned for?

10 Hours

Just want to get my warn taken off.

You were warned for RDM and NLR.  Staff aren't required to give  a verbal, it is up to their discretion if they would like to depending on the situation.

Also, first offense is a bit of a stretch.

Unless you have something that shows you didn't RDM or break NLR -1

I see a lack of evidence

Just because a staff member was demoted doesn't mean they were totally useless or all of their punishments were unjust.

Finally like it was said before. We are allowed to give a warn if we want to for NLR, you're not saying you didn't break NLR just that ruui was on a power trip so what that tells me is that you 1 have 0 evidence to back up that you didn't break NLR, 2 you have 0 evidence to prove that he handled the sit improperly, and 3 you just want the warn reduced because he didn't verbal/note you when he had the right to give you a warn for it and now that he's gone he can't defend it.

-1 from me.

I am with the rest of the staff here, per our punishment guidelines NLR is a verbal OR a warn at the staff members discretion. Personally after looking through your past warns/bans I would have most likely issued a verbal, so I can sympathize with you, however; you have to understand we have no context here, we were not at the sit, we did not see the exact situation unfold, or how you and the other party conducted yourself during the sit. So this will have to be a -1 from me considering it is a fair and just punishment for the rule broken

Due to lack of evidence and response, I will be denying this appeal. Whether or not you feel your sit was mishandled, the onus is on you to provide any sort of evidence/facts in your appeal, of which you have failed to do.

DENIED
