MASS NLR | LTAP | FAILRP : Blew up ents during raid Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I believe that I should stay banned. However, I would argue that a week is a stretch. For my first offense, and a clear misunderstanding, some of these charges are definitely a longshot. For example, MASSNLR. After the raid was concluded, I came back to simply say GG. No gun out, no harm just simply watching from about 30-50 ft away. Slyee I assumed being trigger happy thought that I was breaking NLR to kill him, and then gunned me down. This upset me. I then ran back into the sewers to HIS base, not my base, and watched from afar only to kill him. If you're going to claim that I broke NLR, I broke it once. Not "MASSNLR". Second, LTAP. I left simply because I was frustrated. Sure, call it LTAP if that makes you happy. FAILRP: blew up ents during a raid. This is not true. I blew up ents AFTER the raid. Yes I broke some rules, but I believe that Slyee was furious when typing up my ban and just hit me with the book. I broke nlr ONCE, LTAP is questionable, and I blew up ents AFTER the raid. Do I think that this deserves a 1 WEEK BAN? No. I just think that the staff recently have been slapping everyone with 1 week bans as if it is the normal time. This negatively impacts the population of the server, especially if it's a first offender and they're getting a 1 week. I'm only tempted to come back to TitsRP because a friend is urging me to appeal. Had I not listened I would have never joined back knowing a simple misunderstanding would lead to another week ban. Succ The Zucc Posted May 2, 2023 Share Posted May 2, 2023 I'll send this to slyye for comment. But as stating here for NLR. 1-2 NLR breaks is up to a max of 3 days. MassNLR can be up to a week. The FailRP would be the same and LTAP as well. The max ban if you're telling the truth here is 3 days. I'll wait for Slyye's comment before making my call here, but I hope my response helps. During the two other times you came back, you decided to open up all of my pickup boxes and destroy my entities. I was going to leave the first NLR break alone, until you decided to come down and kill me, and start destroying my entities after I took them from you. You broke NLR for a total of 3 times, on top of the RRDM of which I did not report. Considering another staff member (Ethos) witnessed the whole thing, I don't think my ban was unjustified. You also state in your post here " I then ran back into the sewers to HIS base, not my base, and watched from afar only to kill him ", which is just against the rules. Also, you claim that you did not destroy entities during the raid, but you did in fact destroy harvest processors during my raid. Then, as you knew I was going to bring you to a sit after doing this, you leave the server. I think you understand what you did wrong, as when you broke NLR the first time, I verbally stated "Please don't come back and break NLR", and yet you proceeded to do so. For the future if you're wondering about the NLR rules you need to look at the MOTD. The FailRP also shows that you did indeed destroy them during the raid. 1 Week is standard for MassNLR so he's well within his right to make that ban.
