I was banned because I went back to my base and killed someone right after dying while being raided Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I should be unbanned because I have a video of the guy saying racist things and threating me an hour or less prior to this incident. I also feel like I should be unbanned because a warning wouldve been sufficient. not a day ban. To explain the situation better, I had came back just to look from a far as to what was going on but one of them started to shoot at me so i proceeded to shoot back and i ended up killing him. Who warned/banned you? Ruui How long were you warned or banned for? 24 hours I apologized to the victims friend that was in spawn after this, and we talked a bit of it out. I would like to know why this punishment was so severe? I believe 24 hours to be a good punishment for RDMing someone (typically a day ban, or warn) and NLR breaking. (Usually a warn) both of which you did. Also, you have never mentioned any clips of racism beforehand. Now, just because someone says something racist or threatens you, that doesn’t warrant you being allowed to RDM them. Succ The Zucc Posted April 15, 2023 Share Posted April 15, 2023 While I believe a single instance of NLR is kinda mild NLR is a verbal warn UP TO a 3 day ban. 1 day isn't much in comparison to 3 days. My opinion is that Ruui is within his right to give you 1 day if he wants and personally his decision if he wants to lower it or not. -1 from me. Also while I don’t agree with people being racist towards others I don’t see how someone saying things an hour prior justifies coming back to kill someone after they killed you during a raid.
