RDM IN SIT, calling a guy pedo because he said "he offers PS5 with 2 controllers for kids"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I understand the charges for calling him a pedo, but it was expected after he said he offers small kids ps5's, but extending it to 1 week is absurd. I agree that i RDM'ed him in a sit, but it was an honest to got mistake, i had my shovel out and had no idea it deals damage as i have like 30mins on the server, i had no intent in killing him.

lucky you I havent clipped that, but you were clearly looking at me i was running around you, you looked at me, pulled out your shovel, and killed me. Brotha accept your ban stop being childish about it you extended it yourself, you're also banned 2weeks not one, since you continued the pedo accusations on the discord. take care and cry about it.

Hello, i was the banning staff member

 

While i prefer to not give either a -1 or a +1 to this to avoid looking like i am biased, i want to place the things that this player has done to get himself banned

 

 

This is what he has said that lead up to your sit, after that, i brought both players to a sit and asked you why did he call the victim a pedophile, and he responded with "something along the lines of offering a PS5 to some kids" while it is a bit weird, i don't believe that it would warrant you calling him a pedophile, calling someone a pedophile is a very serious thing to do, and even with the intent with joking, it can still ruin lives, after a while, i was about to ban you for 1w for Pedo Accusations but then you proceeded to bring out a shovel, moved towards the victim and threw it onto him, killing him in a sit (definitively not accidental), i then proceeded to freeze you and ban you for "Pedo Accusations | RDM in a sit", after a while, the victim tells me on game chat to check the TitsRP discord and i see you calling him a pedo again, while i sadly don't have a screenshot of that actual message since you aparently deleted the message, i do have this

 

 

If i remember correctly, right above the smiley face you sent, you called the victim "You Pedo" and i went ahead and just banned you for two weeks for continued Pedo Accusations

I think two weeks is perfectly reasonable, seeing as you continued on the discord right after your ban. RDMing with the shovel sure wasn't the best idea, but it really has no impact on your ban. It's the continued pedo accusations alone after you were told not to do it, is what is making me decide that you should stay banned for the full two weeks.

Because of your behavior, the punishment will stay at two weeks, and this appeal is now declined.
