"Irl trading" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? While I did humor Jack Johnson's request to discuss buying something from me for IRL, I did not go through with anything and I was only messing with him because he always asks me for money. Who warned/banned you? Admin voted on it i guess How long were you warned or banned for? 6 months Jack approached me to buy a pig pet from me that he sold to me for Darkrp. I said I wont sell it and he asks me how much IRL. Because jack always harasses me for money every week, I decide to mess with him and give him a stupid price like $250 just to drive him away. Instead of leaving, he harasses me about it every week trying to haggle with me. The main reason why I even bothered to humor his irl trade talks is because an active staff member at the time named "zoop" told me IRL trading is okay as long as its between friends. The only person I talked to about irl trades was Jack. Fast forward 3 months after he started harassing me, I sold the pig to Tene "You" for a cow pet and about 200 mil rp cash. I have not taken any irl cash for at least a minimum of 4 years. Jack also confirmed he reported me 23 hours ago because he though Tene bought the pig from me for IRL but we did not do an irl trade. I actually completed this trade through Mr. Green who had my pig as he was also looking for a buyer for me. Everyone who knows me knows I barely get on and play and the only thing I do is walk around with pet and chat with people. So I am very confused why I got the same ban as all those who actually participated in IRL trading, I have screenshots to prove everything but I prefer not to randomly leak dm's. If any staff requires evidence, Please dm me at "chinese characters" #6666 with a dancing cat pfp. I have screenshots of me and jack's convo, zoop telling me irl trading is good and my paypal balance being negative with no activity and it is my main paypal as I have sent money to titsrp many many times on that account. For those saying I should've known the rules as I was ex staff, I have been getting on the server once every 2-3 weeks for 30 minutes and I took the word of an active moderator. That is my bad. Personally, I believe I should be banned (maybe not 6 months/ the same as others) to dissuade me from discussing IRL, but I did not benefit from anything so I don't believe I deserve a wipe. Rubik Posted January 17, 2023 Share Posted January 17, 2023 Hey, you got a 6mo ban because there is evidence of you taking part in IRL trades of in-game content for real money. You mentioned a situation involving jack and while I can’t confirm or deny this was involved in our “investigation”, there was multiple pieces of evidence (including logs) that lead us to believe you have been involved in irl trades, discussed the possibility of future irl trades, and negotiations of prices / items involving irl trades (money, steam gift cards, etc). even if someone tells you it’s okay, it’s on you to read and understand the server rules. https://titsrp.com/rules after reviewing the evidence against you specifically a second time just to be 100% sure, I feel confident that this ban is valid. Ps: I just want to add on a personal note.. it’s easy to go in discord and claim you’re innocent, get people to rally behind you, claim you’re broke, etc.. but the evidence that I’ve seen contradicts this and we have to enforce the rules so imo the ban should stay. 1 1 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Editing: I figured out the supposed deal that rubik was talking to me about. Jay did not pay me anything for an irl trade deal. He was giving Jack a pure no strings attached Christmas present so Jay also did not do any IRL trading and should be unbanned. What I was talking about on the server was I was telling Jay about the deal that me and jack were discussing but never happened and I was trying to reroute Jay's no strings attached gift to me because Jack at the time would have owed me something had we done the deal. As my conversation with rubik, I was not banned 100% because of my talks with Jack, but moreso because it was thought that I was doing other deals on the side but I havent been doing anything I actually went through my discord messages with Jay and we havent talked since Dec 2021. Rubik Posted January 17, 2023 Share Posted January 17, 2023 I haven’t given you any of this information or named anyone so whatever you’re talking about is a conclusion that you’ve come to on your own. you DMed me on discord and I said that there is additional evidence from around Christmas time. The logs do not suggest that this was for a “gift” so you were banned for irl trading. i still feel this ban is 100% justified. Definitely choose your words carefully when speaking in a private conversation to someone about their ban. But what I am appealing is the wipe on my account and the ban length. Again, I have not benefited from any irl trades and I have not participated or advertised any irl trades (wording from MOTD). I think my actions were aligned with the process of an irl trade so that is why a ban is justified. But my situation is different from those who also received a 6month ban and wipe because I never did any irl trades. And to Rubik's reply, Yes everything is what I have come to conclusion in regard to this ban and what I hope to share with everyone who see's this appeal. Initially I thought it was just related to Jack but Rubik has told me and I quote, "additional evidence" which I assumed was chat logs between myself and Jay and that is why I bring up Jay, another person who was banned. He was giving jack a no -strings attached christmas present and I was only discussing the potential that he sends it to me because jack said he would send it to me. Thus, Jay also did not do any irl trade because as mentioned above, I was only fucking around with jack in our dm's about a potential trade that never went through. -> In the end, my pig pet which jack was attempting to buy was sold to Tene for a Cow pet and Darkrp conducted through Green. During this messages, there is a 16 minute gap of time, i was ingame and had seen reiko in game, he said something like "jack said you're giving $10 to him for christmas, give it to me as he already owes me" he then proceeded to say something like "i'll be in touch" Idk what he meant by that but as you can see in the screenshot below, i did not communicate with reiko for over a year, nor did he ever contact me, i do not have him on steam. so discord was the only form of communication he could've used. If irl trading is trading between an irl object for in game object or currency or whatever, wouldn't there have been trades between me and jack or me and jay? I know for a fact I have not traded either of them in the last year even. Here are some screenshots where i harassed him to buy my darkrp and he kept refusing (like a normal person would) As you can see, Jay keeps mentioning hes smart with his money, so why would he buy something from reiko a day later?? The only thing i got was a 10$ steam gift from Jay, the screenshots which i've already shared with him and Reiko. I've already mentioned this to sugar, but Reiko has NOT recieved ANY REAL MONEY from me. Not even a single dollar. Now you might argue if reiko had the intentions or not, but fact is, there was no actual irl trade taking place. Reiko didn't make any money, while i made thousands of dollars. I do not think that you or jay should have been wiped or 6mo banned. With the evidence that we have, I do believe just shortening reiko's ban to around like 2-3mo give or take and unwiping him and actually unbanning and unwiping jay would make a lot more sense here. So, my conclusion is to shorten reiko's ban to 2-3mo and to unwipe him completely, and to unban and unwipe Professional Jay Walker completely given the evidence that they provided. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If this hard evidence disproves anything that yall concluded beforehand, if it makes you rethink your original decision, if you realize that me and jay's situation is not identical to others, please... let me explain, give me the fair chance to defend myself.
