It was a Misunderstanding, I thought I could be able to build on the streets as a CC in a Hobo Playermodel with a no loitering sign for the people who come in and Harass me. I was pulled to a sit and I was told that I couldn't do that but instead of a warn for a misunderstanding I was given a ban I dont break the rules on the server and im a supporter of Tits who spend hours everyday on the server without getting pulled to a sit, and I know somebody is going to bring up I shoulda read the rules I did but nobodys perfect We cant remember everything in life. But next time I join the server Ill make sure ill read through everything if Im unsure if I so I can be positive. Who warned/banned you? Dreadmore Posted January 3, 2023 Share Posted January 3, 2023 Good Evening, I would pull damage logs but for some odd reason it did not export. All I have are your death logs which shows you RDMing two people. From reading Damage logs you assisted in RDMing a lot of people which was the reason for MRDM. Fail RP was the primary reason I made the decision to ban you. You can not have a base next to fountain with a loitering sign. You can not kill a CP who is arresting a party member without yelling Party Assist. You can not build in the street if you are not a Hobo. You put a loitering sign up so you could kill people, that was pretty clear through checking logs. Can i get some more details and context the situation to try and form my own opinion on this situation? I would like to mention the user appealing here does not have any recent bans or warns and has like 100 hours the past two weeks, thats 100 hours of not getting in trouble Edited January 3, 2023 by Blue. Drakos Posted January 3, 2023 Share Posted January 3, 2023 We had a similar (although not entirely overlapping) issue with someone buying the base that's directly outside the spawn tunnel, before putting decoy props that look like dropped items and a loitering sign up. This was ruled as not allowed, both due to the fact it's a high traffic spot, and because it was clearly just for killing. I see no reason why this wouldn't be punishable in the manner that it was, when taking into account that it's both an obvious killbase and FailRP, making the base invalid from the start. The only thing I could see is a 2 day reduction from 7 to 5 days, and even then.... -1 for unban, neutral for reduction. That combined with your other exploits for the night makes me think you need to chill and take a break. Posted January 3, 2023 Share Posted January 3, 2023 Seems you and kyle are doing time for the same thing - I will be +1 for reduction to 5 days on the fact that you havent dug yourself a grave like your friend has in his appeal - keep in mind that the ban you got was still valid and I am only +1ing due to you not being bad in the appeal.
