it was to a friend of mine who i was already in the base with earlier he just never added me to the doors we both went afk then i came back he was still afk and had new party members. my ents and everything were in there as proof no one took them from me, its ridiculous that the "rules" are put into effect on silly things like this, why would i want to be getting another week ban for breaking nlr when i know the consequences? i wasnt raiding it was my friend that was the whole point of coming back because i know that my friend knows im not raiding and that we're playing together, the amount of seriousness taken on this sit is wild, if THE PLAYER THAT OWNS THE BASE DOESNT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WHAT IM DOING WHY AM I BEING BANNED FOR IT, im not affecting anyone or anything else on the server. ban me for a day or two but this shit is really out of hand, its a gmod server and yall treating me like i did some otherwordly shit. coba telling me that terry owns the base just as much as coconut does is absurd when hes the one with the dupe and the ability to decide who comes in there not terry.

^all of the logs associated with this ban, and coconut saying that you weren't basing there and that he agrees with the ban!

in the sit you kept saying "I was basing there" (which you weren't, proven by the above logs), that you didn't try to raid (which is not true, proven by the lockpicking log above), and that even though terrry is on the doors he doesn't own the base. what you should have done is just stayed away from the base after the first death and waited for permission from coconut instead of going back over and over and over again.

 

you just came off of a MNLR ban, during which you spent the entire week blowing up my discord dm's begging me to unban you and that you would never do it again smh.

 

imma have to go -1, you should really read the rules and try not to MNLR in the future.

Again my ents were in there he’s a friend of mine I kept going afk and so did he I came back and saw I despawned was doing coin flips in his base , I was on the steam chat with him trying to tell him to explain to you my reasoning and you didn’t take the sit instead you came to my forums post and continued to be the dick you are , there’s no real out look on this just GmOd RuLe bOoK, IF THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE BASE DOESNT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WHAT I WAS DOING OR DID THEN WHY DO THE CONSEQUENCES NEED TO BE TAKEN TO THE EXTENT THEY WERE , instead of asking the person who owns the entire base and dupe why am I arguing with the sub owner and someone who thinks they know what they’re talking about , you provided images before I even got to talk to coconut , and he was also probably just confused because he was afk I wasn’t there for a while , again this was a misunderstanding my consequences shouldn’t be decided because of rules when the person I was “raiding” was my friend

Logs paint a decent picture here, the person your using for your defense even says you were not with them "anymore" at the point in time.

I mean in the screenshot of him messaging Coconut, he says that you were basing there at one point but no longer where when this incident occurred. Coconut also says that he agrees with the ban in the messages. If this is not true then you could have him comment on this appeal saying otherwise.

I have never had an issue with you personally you have always been cool but from what I can see by the evidence provided it does seem that you were in the wrong therefor the ban was justified. Also the fact that you just got off of a MNLR ban recently is not really a good look either.

I mean if you were removed from the doors by the base owner and had to try to lockpick to get in then I would say you are no longer a part of the base at all, and that obviously would count as raiding the base.

Regardless of all the details you really just shouldn't have continued to break NLR over and over. You should have waited to be let in by Coconut to get your stuff if that is even something that he was going to do.

From the evidence provided by the banning staff member + all other information provided in this sit the ban does seem to be 100% justified.

If Coconut comes on this appeal and says it was all a misunderstanding or can just back you up then I will change my vote but from everything I know as of now I don't think Coba did anything wrong.

after talking to kyle richh in a vc, imma go ahead and reduce his ban to a 3 day. lte's hope this stuff don't happen again! accepted
