after i votebanned a player for mrdming a bunch of cops with no advert this guy got mad and votebanned me out of spite

Hey Peepo. Me and kkstoner already explained why u were votebanned in discord. 

 

1. Regardless of what saiko did, u were the only person to complain about. No one said anything or cared plus it was consensual for majority of players on the server at the time to let the mayhem continue. Saiko was not the only person who had a lot of kills that may not be regularly justifiable.  You also did not even ask saiko what happened, I saved the logs and you never said anything in chat, just put up a voteban for MRDM and that was it.

 

Yet, you focus on saiko only and you call a voteban for the reason MRDM which is false as no one else said anything. If anything, it would be RDM but u did not use the right reason. 

 

2. When your voteban was up, you can see so many people in chat saying, SAY NO. because no one supported your vote. However, because the server had 110~ people on, there are a lot of people who said Yes wihout checking and just vote because a vote exist. I dont know if your chat shows it, but theres multiple people in ooc saying they didnt even know who was banned and they just said yes.

 

3. Clearly no one was supporting your voteban so I votebanned you to stop you from doing anymore false bans.

 

4. When staff members Heo and Isaac came on later, I met them in spawn to explain my votebans to them at which Heo said, he had no logs and Isaac said he does not need a recap.

 

5. You also have a lot of unexplained kills in the logs but to my memory idk if there was a pd kos law, for all I know you were one of those mrdming cops..

Saiko clearly MassRDM'd when he shot an SBC cannon into the PD with no raid advert or anything, Peepo's voteban was not false. Though you may not have liked it, Saiko very clearly MassRDM'd.

Not really, I votebanned someone who called a voteban with no support from anyone except himself. Plus i cleared the situation with other staff when they came on.

it was in pd dude. you cant even self defend inside pd without an advert. this was just really poorly handled on saikos part.

Call it an overreaction on my part to voteban someone who IMO did not have justification. Staff literally have told me that since I was the only person to report a mrdmer, they would punish them for that one offence to me. But in the same situation, another can simply call a voteban that passed 24/18 and get a mrdm punishment. The doublestandards are real. 

 

If staff thinks they want to revoke my VIP, sure i dont mind. Ill just make sure to memorize motd harder next time. sorry daddys

I dont think this is worth anything more than just getting the ban off this guys record - if you thought in the moment it was justified thats fine - but since his voteban was p much justified in the sense, its fine as well.

The issue here is that there were no staff on to take sits. How would he know how many people made sits for it when he can't see it?
