Report on Dyln for rdming and being let off without punishment after sit

I was standing in the bank considering investing towards it as it can turn profit and was talking to a swat member and i then we both get rdmed by dyln, I make a sit as I was trying to make some money (i have only like 100k rn im broke asf) and he wouldnt let me invest in the bank. During the sit he claims that we (me and swat man) were threatening (we were standing aboslutely still just talking) and then claims he is rping as an anti alien racist bank guard (in ss). After 10 minutes of sitting the staff members in the sit come to the conclusion that its allowed because bank is a bank guards base "tresspassing" after going to discord and ask, Green(admin) states that it was rdm and what dyln did is not allowed. Not only did dyln manipulate 2 newer staff members into thinking the kill was allowed, he got off scot free and is flaunting that i have 0 evidence so he will get off scot free in the discord. I think he deserves more than a warn because he assumed i was a new player (Im usually kkstoner in game but today im dick gravestone) and manipulated staff into getting out of any punishment then gloated about it in discord

There is no evidence submitted other than discord screenshots of me playing my character and then stating an obvious fact

To quote the REPORTS SECTION OF THE FORUMS (you know, the thing that you hopefully read before posting this,) "Everyone in this server is innocent until proven guilty. If you don't have full evidence that supports punishment, we can't help you."

Not complying with these guidelines and giving this report a +1 is a clear sign of bias. No report submitted by ME with such a small amount of evidence would never go through. Consider that for a second before responding, please.

While he shouldn't be trying to trick staff members into thinking what he did is allowed - they're staff members. They should know the rules. They shouldn't be listening to whether a non staff member tells them that something is allowed or not allowed (especially when its the person who got a sit called on them telling them that.)

 

Also, are you saying that he was warned & you think it should be a ban? Or was he not given a warning or any punishment at all?

 

Do you have any video evidence or any others form of evidence of the incident that happened? If not I guess its not a big deal cause the staff members involved can explain what happened.

He got 0 punishment,  i just said more than a warn because thats usually what is given for an rdm

Clarify that only me was in fact a T-Mod, other staff was Drac0 wich is the Mod+ i asked for help in the situation, as someone doesn't matter if new or old player i will do or listen to orders to in my sits. Im +1 in applying some punishment to dyln after getting hold on better confirmation about the rules in question. Dyln reasoning in the sit was using RP talk to make it seem as his actions were justified, even tho his words were nothing but distracting gibberish to hide the fact of rule braking.

I know the story but in my side i left the case to a superior for in the moment i was unsure about on how to continue the sit, i was however, present start to end of the sit. I can verify that yes i remenber the whole story, and yes that RDM is indeed confirmed to my first suspicions. 

 

Ps: Stoner, try getting your story more accurate to avoid missunderdtandings

Staff member involved confirmed it was RDM. Dyln has played here for awhile, was previously staff, and knows better by now.

Whether its a warn or what can be decided by the staff member(s) who handled the sit.
