At the time a lot of known people were massing and one guy reported me. The T-Mod Flaming OG saw my kills and immediately assumed that I've been massing when only one person complained. This misunderstanding caused trouble for both parties. I was just trying to play with a my dawg, so I regrettably hopped on an alt account. I didn't know it was bannable but that's okay I just want my main unbanned. Who warned/banned you? Flaming OG / Isaac. How long were you warned or banned for? One Month. As per the photo WantedNearby was warned for the exact same situation by Flaming OG. Wren killed about 8-10 people with the SBC cannon and also JUST got a warn. (Photo cred by Wrathh i was banned) I understand that alting is a no no now and that's fine but I just want justice for the main account so I can play with my friends on this beautiful server. Also I didn't check logs and assume that you MRDM you literally told me that you MRDM and I watched it happen as you were doing it. Like I said in the PM's Captain T was banned for the exact same thing. After banning you I had to deal with Wrathh harassing me for it for the next couple of days. Also it wasn't just "one person" who complained, It was MULTIPLE sits that were called against you as well as a few people typing in OOC if I remember correctly. Plus just because other people on the server were MRDM it doesn't mean that its not against the rules, you aren't a new player you should know that. It seems like you're trying to make it out to be a favoritism thing but at the time and even now I don't know Wren, Wanted or Captain T. If you knew this was going to become a issue you should've saved all the logs like wrathh did. While his harassment was uncalled for that is a completely different issue alone with no regard towards me. Just because you banned Captain T doesn't mean everything is right you warned Wanted and Wren for my exact same issue. I just want the same justices they were delt without bias or prejudice. Its a fun server and it saddens me to see that I have to go to these lengths to ensure my future within the server. Remembrances contain no comparison to HARD evidence. I'm not saying RDM is against the server rules but the entirety of Fountain/PD were doing the same I just thought we were all having fun just as all the rest were. I didn't think it would be an issue because I KNEW you MRDM. Why would I save logs for something I already knew happened and is easily verifiable (That you already admitted to in this appeal). You weren't banned for a month for the MRDM you were banned for alting. If its so easily verifiable all I ask is to see the evidence from YOUR claims. As I said before this appeal isn't for the alting as I accept the punishment even though I was not knowledgeable at the time that's on me. Just because someone else gets a lesser ban/sentence doesn't mean you won't get a harsher one. If you're doing it thinking "hey its just a warn" I'm going to give you the harshest ban because you're being an idiot. Number 3. The only thing here that I'm seeing is that made your ban a month is that you alted twice. It's pretty obvious why that makes it a month. In conclusion, you admit to MassRDM, and alting twice. If someone is banned why would we let them just come play on another account lol.. Even if other people are breaking the rules that doesn't mean its allowed or that its okay for you to do it. You have previous bans for MRDM, and have played here for a while - I think you know better by now.
