Mass RDM/ Has warns for rdm and bans for MRDM Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Alright. In several different tickets I was RDM'd/RDA'd by people. It starts with me switching to SWAT. In video #1 below, it shows me reading the laws after switching to SWAT. One law of such requires all CP to change their job name to some wacky job name. Keep in mind that at this time I'm in spawn fresh on the server. At this point I run out of spawn, about to change my job name as I would love nothing more than to express the little authority I have in my life and arrest people for commiting crimes on a GMOD server. It's at this point where I am instantly demoted for not following the rule that requires me to change my job name. Upon calling a staff, I say I was randomly demoted (ignored). I then call another sit a bit later because I thought I was CP banned, but I was still cooling down on the demote timer. After that I call another sit for the previous false demote. This sit is taken by Isaac. (STEAM_0:1:175089335). He tells me it's a valid demote without seeing my video, AND without hearing my side. Instantly and blatantly ignoring me. In another case I had thought I was rdmd. This case turns out to be untrue because I was just a little confused about the trespassing rules. This action was committed by andy123 (STEAM_0:1:505027829) (AGAIN VALID KILL), along with the sit request that came along with it. he takes the sit, says it was a valid kill, and instead of explaining the rule he returns me. I then browse the rules and find the rule on 5s loitering signs. Again he was right, but as sits are called, I am ignored and ignored as Heosphoros (STEAM_0:1:83756966) is activley taking other sits ignoring me. These clips can be found in video 2. In the third video I am RDM'd by a player by the name of [Mr Bones] (was unable to find his steam ID, but his steam profile is Franklin097) I once again call several sits but am again ignored by Heosphoros. Such ignorance and negligence had angered me. In order to get the attention of the staff, I concluded with the one thing that would get their attention quickly. Mass RDM. Who warned/banned you? Heosphoros Posted July 8, 2022 Share Posted July 8, 2022 I was the only staff on at the time taking sits and we had 60+ on so I probably missed your sit-alone with a lot of others. and I was being nice by just doing a 1w. but missed sit or not you should have never MRDM because staff are not getting to your sit. (-1 on unban) Having 60+ sits, im aware and I can understand the time it takes, along with the stress. However, how do you get to 1 sit 30mins after my 10 sits called? Shouldn't you be going in order? If the staff members doesn’t pin there sits they will be removed from screen. Most likely the reason why sum sits go untouched when we have60+ players. Most of the kills were actually VALID, people tried killing me via shooting. The clip in the “spree” proves that, if you’re not able to slow it down, I can. I got shot by the same guy, and he kept coming back breaking nlr after shooting me then dying due to my mini gun. The way they handled the sit might have made you mad but instead of MRDM you could have just made a report for the staff not doing their job properly. This just seems like the only reason you added the part about staff into this appeal was to try and pin the blame on them to get off of your ban. If it wasn't a big enough issue for you to make a report before you were banned then why is it an issue now. For that reason and the fact that he could have gave you more time I am -1 on this.
