Banned User was killed by a party member then came back to the base straight from spawn. I killed him and was warned for rdm. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because the base wasn't a public base, ( For your base to be considered a public base, you MUST place a sign indicating it as a "Public Base.") Although there was alot of people there. I do not think that it should have been considered RDM because he broke NLR (Although since he was at my partys base I really didn't even need a reason to kill him) . I've always been under the impression that if someone breaks NLR you are allowed to kill them. Either way for a base I'm almost positive there was nothing wrong with me killing him. Opila Bird Posted July 1, 2022 Share Posted July 1, 2022 So just to get it straight, you joined the party they were in walked up to me and then rdmed me without me having any interaction with you, and with me NOT being in the base, and without every yelling party assist or anything else. heres where you joined the party and then didnt yell assist then you killed me right after joining. If a staff member could provide logs of where i was standing when you killed me it would show I wasnt in the base. Also for future reference, you cant have public bases, or kidnap bases on the rooftop unless you are a preacher. That is just false lmao. I was already in the party for a very long time before that happened not sure why I did party but I assume that it was because I was inviting a few other people or something. I WAS IN THE PARTY AT THE TIME OF YOU BEING KILLED IN THE BASE THE FIRST TIME. I did have interaction with you as my party members had JUST killed you in the base. Also the party had 5 people in it I believe, including the base owner WHO WAS ALSO IN THE PARTY SINCE ITS CREATION. Like I said I killed you because you had just been killed inside of the base and instantly came back. I believe you ran into the base again then ran out and into drac0s base (which also wasn't public) who was also in the party. That last part is true I did not yell party assist but I don't think I have to (staff lmk if I'm wrong here) Because you were in my party members base. So I am not allowed to kill someone if they break nlr? I was under the assumption that coming back to such a niche area immediately after being killed would make it alright for me to kill him. After that he came back less than 30 seconds later and was killed by me. Check link for logs on that.
