dyln2000 Posted June 17, 2022 Share Posted June 17, 2022 Your In-Game Name: dyln Your Steam ID: 76561198314179282 Who are you reporting?: shadeskull2500 Why are you reporting this player?: Please forgive my brevity as I am writing this on my phone (out of town today for performance) ShadeSkull2500 has been constantly harassing me and some others in OOC, generally being toxic without reason; for example a while back he was banned by one of his close friends (insurance agent) for being toxic in OOC, pretty sure he was mocking me for being supposedly transgender (I AM NO SUCH THING) so now when he's unbanned and I raid his base he would be toxic about it, he even set up a PD raid bind that goes something along the lines of "DYLN IS A BITCH WHO BANS PEOPLE FOR NO REASON Pd raid" and it has gotten out of hand to the point where he was gigamuted for like 15 minutes, I do not understand why he has not been banned for this again since he has priors for this. Do you have evidence related to this incident?: No As demonstrated by his recent appealreport, he is willing to lie to staff in order to attempt to get me in trouble (failing at it, too) because he claims I votebanned him and the punishment should be on me even though the ban log shows andy1234 as the banning member. He also claimed that I was warned for being toxic to him which is COMPLETELY FALSE, it is a hoax made up by him for whatever reason. Guest Posted June 17, 2022 Share Posted June 17, 2022 id like to mention ive known shade for years and i was involved in the beginning of this shade and i were joking in chat/anon, most jokes were trans related directed at dyln we joined into a bandwagon of people shit talking dyln, at some point during this we both got dragged to a sit and verbally warned to stop, was a bit of back and forth resentment between me and dyln but i mostly complied, shade continued to rail on him in chat. this was off and on and done in anon before i became staff and i told him around the time i applied to stop doing the shit because i really didn't want to have to take a sit on him for it. and the "no contact" order that shade has been trying to use against dyln in sits, wasn't even on dyln for shade. The no contact was issued against dyln to keep him from interacting with me and shade has been attempting to hide behind it due to me and him usually basing together, at some point he must have believed that he was on the same note. I brought him to a sit told him to stop and he continued immediately afterwards. i banned him as well as another user for the targeted harassment after verbal warnings were given. From a non staff POV direcrly from events in private discord with the user, i have been telling him non stop to quit being a prick in discord, i am regularly in discord with this idiot and a few others and we all railed on him for the entire week he was banned and am still doing it to some extent i apologize for bringing him to the server. hes so obsessed with getting back a dyln hes reached the point of lying to my face about it privately. most notably with the recent appeal thread he has made. If my response were only from my experience on the server with what ive seen him do it would still be a +1 due to my own personal observations in the situation, adding in private experience i have asked him to stop countless times as a friend and not as staff in private, I definitely believe he deserves some level of punishment for the ongoing harassment aimed at dyln and then redirecting that at the staff online last night as well. he has been verbally warned twice, and banned once for harassment directed at dyln/hex, mainly dyln. and he has made it clear to me privately he has no intent to stop, directly on mic and indirectly with his actions. As far as dylns thread above i feel he should try to include pictures of shades harassment in chat over the span of the last few weeks if he has it saved in any form, i have not saved any pictures from shades rants myself but i never expected to need them. i feel others may see a lack of evidence in this mind you my +1 to the report is entirely is as an eye witness to the events and my place at the start of the issue.+1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you have any more supporting evidence such as screenshots & video recording, Discord messages, etc to add before we decide on this it would be helpful in determining the severity of the toxicity and/or harassment.
