Frisco claimed i needed a warrant to raid a base, although the base was open and i explained that, I even pasted the rule in chat!! The player i raided randomly opened his door and threw a frag grenade in the middle of a group of players. Frisco didnt seem to care about that and only about falsely warning me even after seeing the rule. Cops require a valid warrant in order to raid a base. Raiding a base without a warrant is FailRP unless the door is open and they have committed a crime After the sit, Merhaculous also claimed that you need a warrant no matter what. Even after pasting the rule, they still claimed no wrong doing. I asked Frisco to just remove the warn and save me the trouble and he told me to appeal PLS train the staff on the current rules Who warned/banned you? Frisco How long were you warned or banned for? Raiding a base without a warrant is FailRP unless the door is open and they have committed a crime" Literally the rule as written says "Raiding a base...unless the door is open" So a raid is a raid, whether to capture the guy alive or not isn't the question if we are to go by the exact wording of the MOTD Wilhelm is within the right to kill him. A raid is a raid, if a cop raids a base he can kill the players, thats how raids work, especially when said players are throwing grenades at a group of cops, which is what happened. Your chat logs are all saved. The player that threw the grenade got warned for AMRDM id like to mention. I also love how the 2 moderators that were completely wrong about the rule are -1 the appeal. Succ The Zucc Posted March 9, 2022 Share Posted March 9, 2022 So some food for thought here, if we allow you to do "jailbreak" as it is a term but to raid the PD you still need to advert for it, why is it called raid in this rule? Not only that but the word "unless" is specific lmao like if you're allowed to kill the guy when he has a warrant for that raid what makes this raid any different if the word is literally "unless" in the MOTD if this isn't intended then please tell me. And if this isn't the way it's supposed to work I'm still gonna be for removing it and making a verbal at most as I would have likely done the same exact thing as Wilhelm reading that rule. Pretty obvious you had no clue what you were talking about. Also if you knew anything at all about how logs work, grenades wont show in logs as grenades, it shows as what the player is holding when the grenade does damage.
