Me and one other player, Flickks, were raiding a base. This base, however, was inside of the bank. Our target was not the bank vault, or anything inside of the bank besides what was placed there by players. However, the builders kept claiming that we were there to raid the vault and not them, leading us to being warned and to me being banned. (They also broke NLR but I have no proof so it doesn't matter) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was warned (and then subsequently banned for reaching 15 total warns) for not adverting raid. Granted, this base *was* in the bank, and by that definition I FailRP'd by not adverting. But neither of us were the bank heister class, neither of us wanted the money in the bank, and I'm fairly certain that there weren't enough players online to even be able to raid the bank vault. Our goal was the processors, plants, and printers inside of this base. We made it all the way through, and were called to a sit. During this sit, kio rarely talked, instead allowing for the 4 other players to ridicule, insult, and mock us. We were called various names, including by kio, the moderator taking the sit. We were called autistic, retarded, mentally ill, and various other names during what is supposed to be a time to work out disagreements. This isn't my main point, but I think it's worth being brought up. Really, all I want from this is clarification. In my opinion, you shouldn't have to advert bank raid if you're not raiding the bank vault. Our targets weren't even in the same room as the vault and yet we got banned/warned for failRP. Now I can't play for a week because we just wanted to have some fun. So please, make it explicit, that you either DO have to advert raid no matter the circumstance, or dont. p.s I have various (low res, oops) clips and screenshots of the chatlogs and events of this sit, but none of the base. The base was effectively 2 long maze-like corridors you had to crouch through that we blowtorched to get to the 2nd room behind the vault, where all of the items were. I hope this proof is sufficient, but if it isn't and I am indeed in the wrong, I will gladly wait for my ban to expire. Who warned/banned you? But I did just want to say, if you are raiding the bank you always have to /advert bank raid... I get that your target wasn't actually the bank vault, but you were raiding the base.. that's in the bank, therefor you were still raiding the bank. Edit: After reading Kio's reply, I am gonna have to -1 this appeal. His warn was valid, and you were banned because you hit the servers warn limit. Regardless of what you are going after in the bank, it was still a bank raid. The !motd doesn't say you only have to advert if your specifically going for the vault. It doesn't matter if you were bank heister class or not even if you weren't going for the bank it's still a bank raid. That's like me raiding someone's base but when they kill me I say I'm just raiding their dupe not their actual entities and break NLR, it makes no sense. Even if that was a thing you still broke NLR. I didn't even come back to the base regardless. I died. I never broke it.
