Why Were You Banned:  no intention to rp/ minging.

 

Why Should You Be Unbanned: because this is false, I hopped on with my alt to see how stuff was going, it was going good, so i became swat. i saw some people standing around with a weapon out so i said "Hands up" (it was a hitman) he tped to me with his knife so i murdered him, next i walked into pd got murdered. I walked out of spawn again and saw the king, so i started to mess with him (pretty sure he knew it) and then i got banned for 1 and a half day  for no intention to rp/ minging.... now like i said, this is a false ban, cuz you see i was rping as a cop, well sorta, half rp half messing around, he didn't do a sit, never spoke to me, not even warned me. "no intention to rp" hmm i call a load of bs on that, i was a cop doing you know cop stuff, so i think the ban should be lifted and he should be punished.

 

Evidence: I have no other evidence than the ban message, just got on and was messing around on my alt

The main reason i switched to my alt and started to play was to see how the admins/ mods/ tmods reacted to stuff and how they handled it, yesterday was the first day of the test, I got on and said something along the lines of "F*** me in the A**" in admin chat, they handled it very well actually, the mod who came handled it calmly, then i told vinny to come and explain i am/ was a former mod that was testing something out, now today, i was on for less than 10 min, and get banned, i came to a conclusion that some of the mods that were promoted to admin are power hungry, like i said, no sit , nothing. Also like i said i was rping, people didn't seem to care, then a random ban comes to play. like seriously?

No intention to RP? Any RP in this server gets shot down by the people who just fuck around and have mega OP custom classes.

 

The closest thing to RP I've seen in a while was Noval's big kingdom thing, and even then it was minimal RP.

 

This isn't an RP server, it's a Weeaboo Custom Class Deathmatch Server where the gun dealer is obselete because of all the custom classes and their workshop guns plus most classes spawn with guns.

Firstly, I gave reasoning behind my verdict, he did not. He didn't need to argue so hard, he could've just told Sugar or literally anything other than directly arguing with me. I'm not on a "high horse", don't expect me to bend over every time someone calls me out on something, I'll fight back. I was having a calm conversation until he began talking in all caps. Also, why the heck are you so cold to me? I've never been a dick to you, but recently you have been to me. I literally ditched my friends that night to play Insurgency with you and right now you are just being an asshole. Not my fault Kendall banned himself, also he banned himself for a week and requested an extension to perma which obviously no one edited. Just because he can't handle me arguing my case, doesn't mean I should care about him banning himself. Maybe he should calm down ffs.

I admit to banning him, If this was a actual random I would unban them just for posting an appeal, posting a ban appeal proves they actually want to play the game. i was just trying to prevent a problem before it got big. basically this is what was going through my head as I saw this.

 

What I saw

*Random joins server

*Random changes name to 'I Mass RDM'

*I Mass RDM tried to become SWAT and begs for people to vote yes in OOC.

     At this point alarms start going off in my head so I spectate him. MassRDMers usually become swat/gun dealer for the weapons and his name to me said 'i don't give a fuck about this server'

*Walks up to a hitman and says 'HANDS UP' and the hitman felt threatened i am asuming and started shadowknife teleporting around and one of the times to 'I mass RDM' and he is killed for it.

*'I mass RDM' goes into pd and gets killed by bank heister.

*'I mass RDM' leaves spawn and sees the king building then runs over to him.

*'I mass RDM' says 'HANDS UP' to the king.

*King backs up then says 'Wait a second' seeming to be getting a weapon out.

*I at this point ban him.

     I don't see how a guy named 'I mass RDM' running up to people and talking in ways people usually don't are signs of someone actually trying to play.

 

Lierally all you did when you got on was change your name to 'I mass RDM' then ran up to two different people and say 'HANDS UP'

You had me fooled, I had no doubt in my mind about you being a minge. I was speccing you since you left spawn fir your first time and all I saw was fucking around, i consider that nitp btw.

To me that was sketchy and I was getting off so I thought to myself 'better safe tgan sorry'

 

If you really want to do stuff like that I am not one to ruin your fun. 

 

I have nothing against you but after that appeal only thing I plus one is changeing the ban from one day to perm and changeing the reason to 'alt account' well... Unless you feel like the rule doesn't apply to you.

i saw him with a weapon out and i was informing him to put the knife away but he tped to me so i killed him.

 

walked  into pd gets rdm, you don't do shit about that. 

 

looks at king from afar and sees him holding something that seems like a weapon, goes up to king and ask him to put it away, then realises it's a tool gun and laughs about it, king asks swat to follow him, the swat gets banned by a ignorant admin... 

 

 

I did not break any rules, i did not rdm, i did not false warrant, i did not false want, i did not rda...

 

so this is a false ban, i was rping, and not minging, no one had a problem with it, i would casually walk away after, i did this all the time on my main. so this is a false ban.

 

"no intention to roleplay" roleplaying is to imitate real life things, and i was imitating a police officer. for the "minging" part is wrong totally, i would spend 30 seconds to 1 minute per person, no one had a problem with it.
