 Okay so this event  warrented a forum post due to its nature. I was farming plants and cooking in my base less than a half hr ago today when some random vip named "CUM" came up to my base and loitering with the intention to raid by the looks. He accused me of nlr while inside my base and i was thoroughly confused to what his issue was. after 10 mins he was still camping my base, killing me on sight which is rdm. he had no intent to raid to steal my stuff , just to stay at my base for the next 30 mins and continuously kill me to say i've broken nlr now at this point i have because he is camping my base beyond the raid time and simply being a douche accusing me of shit. Now i would like to say before i attempted to come back i already attempted to make a sit( 3 times to be exact) to no avail and while this is going on hes saying i still broke nlr while i was farming. Eventually we where brought to the sit room where i was jailed asap and banned within 30 seconds before i realized i had to flip my mic on...This is completely unwarrented favortism and nothing else. had the admins taken my sit in the first place...This wouldn't have happened. i requested a sit 3 times and nothing. he says one thing and boom. instant ban. No instigation on my behalf in any way. I was targeted first and the admin (malicous) sided with cum who i suppose is a friend of sugar as he claimed. I am not asking for rule bending im asking to not be called the n word in a sit, to not be falsely accused of nlr while farming, and to not be banned within 30 seconds of a jail straight tp to admin sit. Again completely uncalled for and if you want proof check your damn logs for the first nlr i broke in the first place. If yall dont have valid proof to ban me in the first place WHY DO IT? Malicous was clearing not siding with me in any way that sit played out as the result proves that. you want evidence do it yourself. Also in the event im perma banned ill gladly dispute my vip thru my bank and collect easily( as this is something i've seen happen). Otherwise ill await my appeal and be on again soon cheers.

As "Cum" I'd like to make a statement here.

You broke NLR while I was raiding you 6-8 times.

Not only that, but as you were breaking nlr, trying to kill me, you tried to propblock me inside your base by blocking off the front exit. This of course didnt work as there was a back exit. After leaving thru the back for a second to prove I could actually leave, you close the fading door which I'm guessing you had a camera out there to watch me.

NOT ONLY THAT, but after the 5th or so NLR, you false demoted me from my job (A CC) saying I had mass rda'd. This was false as not only were staff on, I was a non-cop CC. The entirety of the time this was happening, you were screaming in chat about how I'm rdming you and you're innocent.
NOT ONLY THAT, but you fucking false VOTEBANNED me for RDM. It was at this point that one of the moderators online at the time accepted one of my 8~ sits I had made. The moderator teleported me to the place where sits are held, jail teleported you, asked me what happened, took one look at slogs (im assuming thats logs) and banned you as he/she probably could've seen the massive amount your were NLRing.

 

I was planning on making a report on you, just to get your VIP removed as you falsely votebanned me, but maybe the staff will read this and figure out how much of a nuisance you've been and I won't even need to make a report.

 

Personally, if I was the staff member I would've banned you for a lot longer than one week, you should be fucking lucky that it was only a week.

NLR x6-8, False demoting, False voteban. That's what you have done. A week is being extremely generous. 

 

I thought that after you not winning the argument of you being "in the right" you would've stopped, but no, you come to the forums and try to make a ban appeal claiming that you are still "in the right." I have a question for you, ismelllikepee, are you that thick skulled that you do not realize that you are always correct? Are you seriously that fucking dumb to say that I claimed to a friend of a sugar, and that you were getting banned ONLY because of that? Not because you've done anything wrong?
 

I know that you're just being troll, but I've never seen someone go this far into a troll that I am starting to think you're not trolling, that you're just some mentally handicapped idiot.

If I left anything out I will include it later if it isn't resolved already. The proof is in the logs.

The only reason i banned you without second thought was due to me seeing you coming back  6 times within the 10 minutes he was raiding you, i don’t know what you expected when you tried to ban him false demote him and also i wasn’t siding with anyone but when you commit mass nlr it’s pretty apparent what is going to happen, and you said he was on a cop cc was either “false fining” or “RDA” but then he wasn’t even on a cop cc neither had he switched jobs within the times of him raiding you, you’re just blatantly lying, also i did bring you to a sit ig thats another lie .
