Why were you banned or warned?

I was warned for RDM (This is true, by accident) and Lying in a sit which is false.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

My explanation for why I got the lying in the sit is because I couldn't properly explain myself due to the presence of CaptainBlack (STEAM_0:0:171883625) talking constantly for no reason and interrupting this sit. He wasn't even part of it, even though I had the hit on him he was not rdm'd.
A hit was placed on CaptainBlack and when I tried to execute the hit he was, unbeknownst to me, with another player. This took place in the house near pd that has a ladder in it, very small, on the way from the pd to the auction house/ black market dealer. I have the ICU talent and as they were leaving, as soon as the door opens, ICU updates and its right in the door frame. Of course, it's not a constantly moving dot and updates every 10 or so seconds. Regardless; I hopped down and began shooting the first person (who I thought was the only person) to walk out of the door. It was the wrong target. I got warned for RDM for that, which I agree with, however when in the sit I said it was crossfire because I simply mistook this other player for my hit and then continued (and died to) my hit target. My explanation was a little jank, but it wasn't a lie. I was only trying to explain that I was confused that ICU that had highlighted someone else and Kio thought I was saying it was bugged.
I would count this as crossfire regardless because my hit target was right behind the other person anyway and I did not intentionally kill the my non target. RDM? Yes. Me fucking up my explanation? Also yes. Me lying? No.
I take that as a big offense as I do not like lying in general and I don't want it to reflect negatively upon me for any future incidents where if I am sat it could be automatically perceived as false because of this Mar on my record.
Please redact my warn to only RDM if you agree.
I trust Kio will remember the incident and how chaotic it was and remove the incorrect portion of the warn.

The reason why i added Lying in a sit is because it wasn't cross fire at all and logs shows it wasn't crossfire. When i tp'd you into the sit i asked why you killed slugger, you said "Crossfire" i checked  logs and saw that it wasn't crossfire thn you said "the ICU highlight was on slugger not captain" you switched up your story AFTER i told you that it wasn't crossfire. I also have proof that it was indeed NOT crossfire. You RDM'd, got caught, tried to lie your way out and got caught again so you switched up your story.

I would only count this as crossfire because he got in the way of my hit, as I have stated. I thought he was my target, so I killed him. That is rdm but it was crossfire in the sense that he got caught up in my hit on someone else, even though I thought I was executing the hit properly.

I'm going to be honest here, even if the lying in the sit part of the warn was false, it wouldn't get the entire warn deleted, only the wording would be changed. What's the point of making an appeal for it?

Also we can't go by just your word, you're going to need some evidence to really do anything about it.

I'm just trying to explain myself. I understand that I won't get the warn completely removed, I'm fine with that and it's deserved. Mistakes happen, sometimes they're punished. I just feel that calling me a liar is going too far. My explanation was poor. Kio said I was trying to imply that ICU was glitched, I never said that. I said that it highlighted the other player. Did it? Kind of, not exactly in the way I described, but the other player walked through that red highlighted bubble. They were caught in what I would consider crossfire, that is why I used that term. Kio was assigning that term to "He got in the way during my attempt to knowingly kill another player I was targetting." I was using the term in a way to say "I was confused that they walked through the ICU mark, and got caught up in my hit." It was my poor description of it. 

I think saying that I was intentionally lying to get out of it is one thing but I own up to the rdm part. That happened. The lying did not.

I do not want it to negatively reflect me in sits in the future.

I think in the future, I think it would be a good idea to have video evidence in order to make it easier to understand your side of the story. Also if your hit was on CaptainBlack, how would it change to slugger all of a sudden? I would understand if the ICU talent was bugged at the time. But I still wouldn't understand how it would change players in the middle of the hit.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and remove the warn completely. I think in the future you should give the full story, don't give little pieces and don't change your story because it'll look like your lying on your part. Your description was terrible lmao but i'm glad we cleared it up here!
