The reason i think the warn was invalid is because when id got kidnapped and brought to the base i waited 30 seconds then try to consel kill myself but i still had about a another 30 left so i sat on the keypad and waited but when the kidnapper came back i press E to get up but when that happened i got stuck in the prop.
My intent was not escaping it was just getting off the prop also to bring back up im in a base that has keypads every were so kinda would not make since waiting a minute to kill myself then trying to escape with out tools .

Like i said before my aspiration was getting off the prop that's all and nothing else also the said player who reported me was Bryan Bristopher woods was very toxic from the beginning of kidnapping me. And i feel like he just looked for any excuse to report me

Alrighty, now. He wasn't being toxic at all. He was purely just asking why you were sit exploiting, he was asking questions why you did what you did. You were the one being toxic, you were calling him names while he was just asking. Once everything was done at the end of the sit you told him to kill himself. On top of that, you said WHILE, you were in the wall from you sit exploiting you were gonna kill him. One of the things I  decide if you get a warn or not is your behavior in my sits. Overall yours wasn't good. The main reason is that base is extremely hard to sit exploit. You have to get really precise with your pointer to sit exploit, I tried it myself. I don't know why you decided to try to sit on the keypad. On top, he had video evidence of you doing it as well. I'm not going to remove your warn.

I think this is a legitimate warn. It seems like you were try to sit exploit on purpose. Your behavior in the sit does not help either. - 1

You broke our rules, you can not sit exploit to get to places you aren't supposed to get to, sit exploiting and being toxic by telling people to kill themselves isn't gonna make you look innocent. This warning is valid and I fully support Fluffye's judgement when it comes to your punishment.

I don't really see the point of an appeal here. You sat on a keypad and then got up while kidnapped, on top of that after the sit you waited in my base for 5 minutes while I was gone and tried killing me while you stuck in the wall. You claimed in the sit that you were not in the wrong because you were still stuck (in a prop) After we got you out of the wall, you REPEATEDLY tried raiding my base without waiting timer. You got caught, just take the warn and be thankful it wasn't a ban. 

Don't break the rules you wont get reported dude. You're not the first person to try to sit exploit out of my kidnap dupe and probably wont be the last.

Ight listen first of all I NEVER SAID KYS to anyone my microphone is from the stone age... Second of all i never try to escape or leave when i got stuck there was soo... Many possible ways getting unstuck by putting a prop/ doing !unstuck even when. The admin brought me back i was stuck to show him. That i was just sitting waiting for my time 

 

And like before lets say i did get unstuck from the prop some how and the bloody hell would i leave the base with out any raiding tools?

 

That means anyone who gets stuck on the server is sit exploiting if they get stuck even Though its a accident.

I never try to leave your base or escape the situation i had 30 Seconds before "i" could kill myself that's why i got up.

 

And about the raiding you mofos raided me first its pretty funny how you can call about some one getting stuck in a prop but not someone who raids you?  

 

I see soo... Many people getting stuck in the PD entrance from them sitting or placing a prop near the door and getting sucked into oblivion-into the wall that dose not mean they were trying to exploit into the pd.

Alright REGARDLESS, you did sit exploit. It doesn't matter if you have no intentions of escaping, sit exploiting is not allowed. If you would've talked to me, and didn't give the player an attitude and me. We could've came to an understanding, but you being toxic towards me / the sit caller made me seem like you deserved the warn, on top of telling him to kill himself not the way to go.
I hope you learned from this mistake and improve in the future.
