Why were you banned or warned?

I was banned for mass nlr for 1 week. Firstly my friend was in my base and defending i was outside and running back to defend. i walk up and i see shardmario and sticks. i start shooting at them and i kill shardmario. sticks then kills me and i noticed shortly after that my friend killed sticks. that was the only people i had seen when i was defending before my death. i came back ready to re-paste my dupe and i see piklas there in the corner. I say "oh ok i'll just leave" to myself and i walk off the area and am just outside the raid just on my phone. after a little bit i come back in and i see him with pickup boxes just outside my base and it looked as if he was leaving so i just tried to walk back into the base to see the damage. i did not shoot him i instead just walked back into my base. he then kills me. i'm like "ok he's probably just gone by now i saw those pickup boxes" i come back yet again and he's still there at which i thought he would be gone by now since i could see slitghly into the base and everything was gone anyways. i thought he'd be chill and just let me walk back in and he leaves with no confrontation. he killed me again and after that i didn't come back until i saw he suicided. (all of my teammates have died at this point)

now i would like to note a few things: 1 | My base was behind waterfall in sewers now if you've never based there in the front bit it is dark and the wall you jump through to get there isn't seethrough. i walked into the raid to defend and saw shard and stick on the right as i entered from the right side. piklas was on the left in the corner and i did not see him. hence why i came back the first time. 2 | should i have asked if it was over in chat? yes. did i? no. i was a bit panicked because of the stuff i had in my base and i just wanted to get back and see if piklas would be okay with me just coming back and letting him take the stuff. 3 | i came back hoping to just talk with piklas however that didn't happen as he did kill me. but i knew my friend was logging off and all the items in the base were his. i had no reason to come back and actually come back with the intent of murdering piklas because i know that'd get me banned or warned. and i wouldn't do something so dumb just to get myself banned knowing the whole time i'd get banned. I came back to the raid all times with no malicious intent.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I do believe i should be unbanned because i feel as though yes im in the wrong by not asking if it was over but i feel as though im in the right because of the signs he gave off each times i came back. with the pickup boxes and all that and i never saw him the first time and i just backed off because i didn't want to interfere.

i do know that piklas has a video of the raid however i do not have it nor was i recording at the time. i'm purely going off memory so if anything i say here is not in line with the video i would like to have a chance to explain it thoroughly

I felt like you should have waited for Piklas to be done raiding your base before you came back. I understand that you wanted to talk to him, but by what I seem to get an understanding of Piklas just wanted to get done with the raid on his own terms. So I do feel like you shouldn't have came back after you saw Piklas in your base the first time. I understand that when you got killed that the only people you saw was Sticks and ShardMario. I feel like you could have done a better job with communication and tried to message Piklas if he was done with raiding.

Also I did want to point out that you could have just waited 10 minutes and the raid would have been over. - 1

I told him to not nlr after the first time he broke nlr, which could have been just a mistake, but then he decided to come back 2 more times.

Important timestamps:
The beginning is the first death and it is valid
1:05 he breaks nlr the first time and it distracts me while his friend is shooting at me
1:50 i tell him to not break nlr
2:35 he breaks nlr the 2nd time
3:20 is the 3rd nlr

The video might seem a bit weird since while this is happening i am talking with my friends on discord

He told you multiple times in ooc to stop coming back, then you replied with "Your raid was already over" and came back yet again. But anyways, lets wait for Piklas to upload his recording.

One thing i could do for you is reduce the ban. I'll wait for other staff to reply.

In the video, the nlr that was counted as the second nlr was in the same life as the first, I don't know if that should really count as 2 nlr breaks since it was done in the exact same life, I could be wrong about this but I think only 2 nlr's were really committed here?

The reason for this is because the first time he came back i think it could have maybe been a mistake, you can see him run away but then coming back again I think should be breaking nlr 2 times.

but nlr means "new life rule", pretty sure you can only break nlr once per life
