Mrdm Nitrp Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I don't personally believe that I've broken the rules to the point to deserve a 7 day ban. I only wish that you could have spectated the events that unfolded that made me "commit mrdm" against one player who was solely targeting me. Last night alone I lost roughly 200-300k in fines alone from one officer, Ivory Partnaite, who had it out for me. It really started when we were all standing atop the roof of the tunnel going out towards the 3 farm houses (residential is a term used to identify it) where many other players witnessed Ivory Partnaite abusing his cop job (specifically cuffs) for plushies being thrown around him. He cuffed several players for little to absolutely no reason and left them there for as long as possible for no reason. If you're being chased around by a man with cuffs, what do you realistically do? You shoot the cop trying to arrest you. He continually broke NLR and came right back to where we were standing. This happened several times! The others left but I remained on top of the rooftop. There were pillars and I used a jump swep to get on top of one. What was Ivory Partnaites response? Prop climb up while jumping trying to cuff me. Each time he did that, I warned him not to prop climb and he would continue. Then it turned from that to stun-gunning me. So I shot him. That turned to him rounding the corner from spawn and shooting at me with snipers, pistols, stun gun, etc. When you get shot at, what do you do? You shoot back. I then went to the mayor's office since someone I liked was arrested and I wanted to unarrest them. I then went to the mayor's office and said, in ooc, "gee the mayor's office is comfy" and you'd never believe who came running, no, sprinting there as soon as possible. Ivory Partnaite. He came in and immediately killed me. After farming at my base for a little while longer I went back, and it created what I will hereby dub "the great nlr standoff" during which time I couldn't get out of the pd because Ivory Partnaite would immediately run straight back in as a swat team member trying to gun me down. He failed, several several several times, each time being warned not to enter and I asked to just leave. He wouldn't allow me to, so I stood my ground. It was a lot of killing, I will fully cop to that, and I understand that rule breaking does not mean I can rule break as well. I apologize to the staff for this. This is just retaliation, and if my punishment is 7 days, I believe Ivory Partnaites should be as well. Just because I'm a better shot and could kill him doesn't mean he didn't AMRDM. You have the damage logs, I'm sure if you look through them you can see where the chips fall. It's hard not to retaliate against someone who would intentionally spawn props on you to freeze you in place. I'd like for you to message BEANN and Getter on the server as they were witnesses. If anything I was the one forced to break the rules because I had to deal with you. You constantly getting bounties and me fining you for them isn't harassment on a temporary dead server. Continuing to come back after dying is still NLR break and I should have been left alone on my pillar, not immediately shot from across the map when you walked out of spawn several times. Paste as many dlogs as you like, we both know I got the better of you most of the time because CCs have jump sweps, the ability to move around more freely and dodge, and retaliate to people coming down on them. The entirety of those logs would be several pages. I'm asking them to comb through logs, not you. You should have left me alone and stopped it at that. We both shouldn't have done what we did but do not act like you're either a victim or innocent. You're simply not. He was afk doing some stuff, I get a pm from ivory saying there is a mass rdmer and needs to be dealt with. We talk for a bit and I get the logs and you just rdming this player. From my point of view this looked like plain mass rdm so I get on to ban u. But you "ltap" or just left..... so i banned u for mass rdm based on the logs provided from this player. I checked your bans and you only been banned once. You have 2 warns 1 rdm and 1 failrp. You are telling me a bunch of stuff about ivory and how he did this and that, but zero proof to back u up. Only reason why u are banned is because the proof provided by ivory. if you have proof to show ivory rdming breaking rules plz provide. I'm willing to make this ban 1-2 since you seem decent and not giving attitude . If you have zero proof of the claims u made , ivory will not be punished. Next time I will fully provide proof after I iron out my recording softwares kinks (crashed on me last night in the background, very unfortunately) and I did not "ltap" I just left. Jack responded on the server, it was less than an hour before server restart which is pretty dang late. I believe the proof can be seen in the screenshots he posted however, I was not seeking him out. It was the other way around. He kept running headlong into me to arrest/shoot/cuff/kill me. I never once moved from my position except to fire back or avoid fire. I appreciate your consideration of shortening the ban.
