I was banned because I posted a video of a man dancing on youtube and it happened to be a staff member, Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I wanted to point out that before I streamed my face in VC, I explicitly said that no one had permission to post my face in the server. Regardless of whether the media is public or not. You still broke the rules. 5. Posting other user's information / pictures without permission will result in an immediate slam. That is the exact rule in the TitsRP Discord server rules. There is nothing in the rule saying that you can post a picture of someone if it was public, for example: YouTube, social media that isn't private, image sharing websites, forums, etc. If it was ok to do that then it would specifically say that in the rule. Also if the SA's wanted to unban you then they would have to change the rules in order to. Im just trying to show that these "face" rules are being taken too far now. However I did apologize and own up to my mistake for the past image that was posted once with no context. So if he gets unbanned then the rule will have to be changed immediately. MarkCX's appeal got denied last time because he broke the rule. Why would it get accepted this time if it is the same exact rule? This would actually be an infringement of the rules and complete disregard for the server rules.
