and based on my more recent (by 9 months) case law study it seems to be a verbal warning. The point is there is variance between punishments and they are usually decided on a case by case basis. Saying that a warn should or should not be issued 100% of the time is ignorant in my opinion, especially for someone not on the staff team.

I remember rumblykibles getting a verbal warning for this when he did it to me, in what seems to me like a more egregious rule break about 2 months ago. I think i lost the video that was used in the sit but i do have a screenshot that shows what he saw seconds before removing and replacing his dupe.

That wasn’t a verbal it was a warn I remember that. You used your stealth talisman to sneak in

Gonna go ahead and ACCEPT this. Pasting a dupe on accident with no intention to gain an advantage should not be something to warn for unless repeated. Accidents are not supposed to be a warn unless its severe or keeps happening. There is no set punishment for pasting a dupe down in a raid, to say someone MUST be warned for an accident is silly.
