Mark also never even knew this Dave kid and simply thought it was a random gif of a kid dancing in an ominous forest (creepy, really). As for whoever actually started the hunt to find the public info, I don't know, but I don't know how it got out, but the content he shared are public videos with many viewers per video, and over 400+ subscribers, if he doesn't want the content shown, why does he use the same username, have it public, and advertise his channel? I also don't think Dave saying the ban should be permanent is really mature being that Mark (given he's retarded) was apologizing and admitted his wrong doing. Dave knows nothing about Mark just as Mark knows nothing of him. +1 for unban, but Mark is retarded for posting it 100%. I can comment if I want to, if it involves the well being of my brother. I know what the rules are, and this was 100 percent justified. We didn't accept any apologies either, and Mark has done more than just this, even saying pedophilac shit, which is supposed to be a perma anyway. This appeal should be denied, and I wouldn't think it any other way. Public video or not, it's still obscure, and someone had to dig it up and convert it into a gif, for laughter or a joke or whatnot. Discord rules clearly state not to do this. "5. Posting other user's information / pictures without permission will result in an immediate slam." Whether or not the video was public, you still posted a gif of a player without their consent. That GIF is uploaded onto Discord's servers and was uploaded by someone before Mark even posted it. (Try this by deleting the GIF and seeing that the link can still be see-able when you post it. GIFS/Images are deleted from Discord's servers once the original post was deleted by the user). MarkCX has NO reason to dig up stuff on you and your brother, he DOESN'T EVEN KNOW YOU. He posted a GIF of a random kid dancing in the woods cause he thought it was funny and got it from a different Discord. He apologized to Dave like a man, said he wouldn't do it again, didn't know who the kid was. What is there to not get?
