It is against the titsrp rules and the discord tos to post someone else's pictures without permission. I am still in full support of keeping him banned. Saiah Posted March 14, 2021 Share Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) We say don’t post pictures without permission from users, but I think that the fact it was public has a different effect on the whole thing, if you didn’t want people knowing of it should of been private, and thought you privated it after this incident, but still was available for the whole public to see. The whole discussion has been whether or not he would even need to ask you permission to post someone that you yourself uploaded to the internet. What is your opinion on this? Why would he need to ask your permission if you uploaded it yourself for everyone to see? The rule is to protect people who post something privately and it's leaked into the public domain without their permission. You posted the content in question yourself and made it public which imo should be treated differently. Say you find a funny tiktok of someone on youtube, and you repost it in discord but that tiktoker is in the discord but you had no idea it was against the rules to repost their content. THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING. I personally dont think you care about this appeal and you just want a ban out of it. Read the posts and take some consideration into your replies. Im trying to solve an issue but its being ignored by the victim. I would like you to go back through the thread and give me a real response. This is replying to Dave. I never had my youtube channel linked in my discord and the rule in the discord server says that Posting other user's information / pictures without permission will result in an immediate slam. That is the rule stated in the Titsrp discord rules. I believe that the rules should not be bent just because it is a public youtube channel or any other public medium. Never in the rules did it say that Posting other user's information / pictures without permission will result in an immediate slam, except if it is in a youtube video or any public social media. Not specifying that would be a failure on the super-administration team. I am still in full support of not reversing his ban. He didn't want it posted to Titsrp. This video was made years ago, and he didn't think people were going to try to dig up stuff to harass him and myself with.
