Was never taken to the sit to talk about why I was warned. Have no idea why I received it, and frankly don't see how I can receive punishment without a sit. Who warned/banned you? mizzuu How long were you warned or banned for? While playing, I received a chat notification that I had been warned for NLR. I was never taken to a sit, and frankly have no idea how it can be possible to receive a punishment for never being in a sit. I was told "you know what its for". Can't possibly see how this can be an effective strategy in moderating a server. This is my first warn, if that says anything. What a terrible way to receive my first. I was in a sit with Blood Moon and FenceBarcode about how you two broke NLR from ordering a hit on Fence after failing to raid him. I asked in-game in staff chat what exactly to do for the punishment since for a hit to be carried out there has to be a hitman and a customer. I got word from two other staff members (ZestyBoi and Nipple Farm) that both you and Blood Moon should be punished. I also had help from Keyed regarding the logs since I didn't have access to them. I do understand your frustration. I'm sorry for not bringing you into the sit with Blood Moon I don't have a valid excuse on why i didn't. As with all situations like this, the warn will be removed and this appeal Accepted since the player was not brought to a sit and given no opportunity to defend himself. As for Mizu, that will be up to the Smods & Admins to decide privately on what happens next.
