I was banned for MRDM, but I killed two anime characters and I believe someone else was caught in the cross fire. The mayor at the time had a law saying that anime characters were AOS, which I assume means Attack on Sight. I sadly do not have evidence on the matter, as I didn't know appeals existed at the time. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I have started getting back into Garry's Mod with my friends on our favorite server, but due to an unfortunate series of events I no longer can enjoy the server with them. Who warned/banned you? I wasn't involved in the actual sit. Let me forward this to the staff member that initially banned you. Since I commented, I may as well say that you should of looked up the motd for what these terms mean, so that you wouldn't have been confused. I am still going to reduce the ban though, only cause normal people don't care enough to make an appeal unless they ACTUALLY want to play the server. so I am going to REDUCE your ban by 4 days.
