I checked logs and I don't see where he even attempted to reach out to you before kicking you. Nonetheless, that is not a valid reason to kick someone.
I will attempt to reach out to him for his side before deciding on this report.

Yeah, you definitely can't kick someone so you can get a base. I will wait for the guy that's reported to respond first though.

Reopening this, apparently Quas was unbanned without a ban appeal (kinda sus ngl).

Theres a lot you left out. Firstly, me and Kiwi saw you bought the doors on the base and you werent using it so we called an admin. You were unprofessional and rude to Koda and after a drawn out convo between you and Koda, you went into the base, placed 2 couches down and a couple of fences and called it a base. And how are you waiting for customers in a base called "RETRO RELAX" or whatever it was. Regarding the votekick, there was no staff online and you were sitting in the base doing nothing and saying nothing. I checked with you multiple times, and asked you if you were there in voice chat, to no response. after around 10 mins of you being AFK and taking our usual base out of spite, I votekicked you. Koda can vouch, unfortunately I didnt get a recording

Votekicking someone for "taking your base" is not a valid reason to votekick.

Abusing your VIP rank will result in your VIP being revoked and possibly being prohibited from buying VIP again for a duration of time. An example of abuse of VIP rank includes but not limited to:  Votebanning/Votekicking yourself, your friends, and other players for invalid reasons (for fun, out of anger, etc). Use common sense with your rank.

Votekicking / banning is reserved for situations that would normally be handled by staff when one is not online. For example: mass rdm, spamming in chat, mass NLR, are all valid reasons to votekick someone when a staff member is not online. Votekicking someone because they killed you in a raid or because they took your base & called you a name are not valid reasons to votekick. 

 

We take abuse of the votekick / voteban commands seriously because this can absolutely ruin someone's experience on the server. I will be accepting this report on Sal specifically since he is the one that initiated the votekick. Per the MOTD Sal's VIP will be removed.
