allow paint tool to be used on props

so, I am not sure about exploits and what not but I believe allowing people to use the paint tool to paint blood on props for instance would be pretty neat. It would be cool if it could be allowed everywhere but it's likely that wouldn't happen. Props you own of course, and you could use the blood for instance/zombie blood and it could make for some cool shit. Like for example, if you need white paint you have to ask for abomination to hit your wall with a dildo, and that's just kinda dumb that another job has to be involved to make a paint.
