so the evidence against me was me and a textscreen that said "pedosexual lives matter. spread the word. stop pedophobia at once." and how i said "i mentioned how i dated a 9 year old" i havent dated a 9 year old and it was bringing context to a past conversation i had with someone.

First thing, the 9 year old thing. The person accused me of pedophilia because i said i had been speaking with a 9 year old in ooc and then continually slapper tooled me. They had either forgot or I had accused the wrong person so I was trying to relight their memory.
This isn't pedophilia.
A person must be at least 16 years old, and at least five years older than the prepubescent child, for the attraction to be diagnosed as pedophilia.
I am 13 and in this case if it was real would've been 4 years older.

Now, the textscreen.
Pedosexual's aren't pedophiles. If a 18 year old, in a state with a 4 year age gap romeo and juliet law, had consensual and legal sex with a 14 year old, they would be considered a pedosexual, but not a Pedophile. My textscreen did not encourage pedophilia, and was more of a meming the "all lives matter protest" that had recently been gaining popularity and support. The rest of the textscreen had the words "child porn". Admittedly this was retarded. I had the intent of mocking the fact that people that are 18 actually have sexual feelings towards 14 year olds (even if it is legal i find that odd) but I now realise how dumb I was in an attempt to be edgy. The "rape" part I actually don't see a problem with considering there are a couple jobs on the server with a "Kiss SWEP" built in to the jobs weapon pool alongside the fact you can easily obtain this swep from fishing, cereal, and as I have done multiple times, lootboxes. The purpose of this SWEP is literally to go and kiss users for 15 seconds, the majority of the time without their consent, which is therefore rape. Also could be used to erp but that's a different topic.

I think the main reason I got banned was due to the user's reaction to my sign. In the video and after the evidence he took, he never once asked me to stop what I was doing (which I would've complied with and done so), nor did anyone else on the server (to my knowledge). In fact most users I came across laughed at the sign. I was never once asked to stop or informed that it could've got me punished.

The original reasoning behind the textscreen, was because I had recently gotten into bhopping (practicing to) and wanted to put a large textscreen infront of me that obstructs my view of both users and areas of the map to make it harder on myself and therefore improve on bhopping altogether. I wasn't going to put "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" 5 times in a row on a size 100 font as that could be obnoxious, and instead thought I might make a jokey textscreen out of it instead that would catch part of the user's attention which would lead them to try and stop me or stand near me so they could read the sign and therefore make 1) the bhopping harder and 2) improve my dodging abilities while bhopping. I could have tried to advertise my minecraft wagers, but I feel as though a guy bhopping around with 5 long layers of text could be seen as obnoxious and would catch peoples attention and then also in the process ruin my advertisement and the minecraft wagers in general.

Rubik's ban reasoning also included the word offensive, which I don't see how my sign was, nor my text in ooc. My previous warns and bans I do have a fair amount of, but none of which revolve around situations like these.
Inappropriate content I fully agree with and do agree that I should receive some sort of punishment as I do realise that it was edgy and dumb, I just don't feel like a (in my opinion) jokey and satirical textscreen a few comments referring to a previous conversation is worthy of a 6 month ban considering ban lengths for more extreme things.
