Physgunned me again to stop me so I stopped and he said I can't play "NSFW" things on the boombox... It's the cum zone... If you're looking for NSFW, maybe TitsRP isn't the server for you. He said its against the rules because "it's considered porn". He also said if he gets warned for it, everyone gets warned for it. Wut? The video freezes for a few seconds while talking to Vexxy because my shadow play doesn't record when I switch to my desktop. I had remembered seeing a changelog for the boombox rules so I wanted to make sure I wasn't actually wrong so I minimized to my desktop to check the forums and copy the rule. I waited while he was asking other staff about playing that over the boom box and while waiting, he grav gunned the boombox down the map... Wtf dude. You don't have to be a dick about it. He ended up just saying it is "implied" that you can't play that but it's a meme song just like ram ranch that gets played all the time. Once again, this is TitsRP, not Fairy RP. The whole server is NSFW. I have the whole clip if more information is needed but I cut out where it started. At the start of the video, I played Cum Zone and started running off with it, that's when the video picks up. At the beginning I asked if it was an updated MOTD rule cause I had remembered seeing a boombox rule updated in the changelog which is when he responded "Yeah". Considering how many times I have seen ram ranch played/cum zone even by staff members I have came to the conclusion that, this is still a video game and as long as the content you're playing isn't like straight up pornography you should, for the most part not be violating our rules. I would consider it minging if you put it max volume and physgunned it into fountain and slapped it around. You just carried around the boombox with a grav gun which to my understanding, shouldn't be an issue unless you are playing racist/earrape on boomboxes. With that being said considering you were just having fun RPing and you were physgunned I can understand the frustration. I think vexxy misunderstood that a meme song that has NSFW does not equate to the full out pornography Vexxy claims to have been punished for. If they actually had intent on giving consequences to your behavior, why was it a half assed explanation, that the main premise being "I got reprimanded for something within the category but different so you should be talked to aswell", is just not a great attitude to have as staff. I can't see the motives of teaching / punishing here it seemed like an unnecessary RP disruption that had no end goal. It is with all being said I think vexxy should be talked to, personally about how they could have handled the situation better. Hell, I PLAYED cum zone before, and no staff says anything, so I think Vexxy might have misunderstood, and definitely handled this the wrong way. Ive done this numerous of times grabbed a player rq have a little chat with them if ive seen them doing something that might be breaking the rules and end it there . I completely understand why vexxy would have stopped and wanted to talk . The song you were playing was nothing really bad ig . And if players ever complain about it or staff they should mute through tab menu. Easy fix everyone goes home happy. I dont see any reason for this to go any further or demote over . Simple confusion it happens, ill speak to vexxy letting him know that this song wasn't breaking anyrules and next time just mute through tab menu.
