time and loyalty to this server after the neglect the uppers give to the community besides Rubik he is the only reason this server is alive I'm looking forward to that new map that is coming out also I don't think I should've been warned Dare clearly said i was raiding green didn't even know what was going on he was taking a shit quote constant targeting by fuel Stalin almost got banned because fuel kicked him and he rejoined and ski thought it was unreasonable to ban him thank god!

I want to address firstly how long I've been on the server I'm pretty sure my first join was in October 11th, 2014 and dirty 35 warns over a course of 6 years I trying to say that in the tried them to appeal them each time so they didn't accumulate I couldn't really do anything about it and if it's my "minging" most people Minge I guess people don't like fun but I'm sorry about the 35 warns note that i've tried to apply for staff if that helps with the amount of remorse I give this i don't agree with the time i got banned for i think i should get a reducing i make suggestions all the time i participate mostly in all aspects of this server i try my hardest to make it a better place for new players constantly helping them when they ask for it hospitality is rare on this server to be honest most people who have this many warns have quit or have been toxic since day one such as zonks  now addressing my attitude when i got pulled in to the sit i'm going to say it for all to hear i dislike fuel and how he handles things and i believe that sit was a tad biased i wasn't able to talk as fuel was rewriting the rules then and there and I think the sit caller made the ticket out of spite with the past quarrels me and fuel have had i think it was an unfair trail to begin with

I'll let the logs ima bout to post explain every single thing in this scenario, but first of you've made absolutely no effort to prove how this appeal was false.

 

A majority of these logs don't show any intent to take over the raid. You weren't in a party with the baser (green) if you were, you didn't party assist according to chat logs, this person did no damage to you either. This would lead me to believe this was a raid take over but that's simply not the case. No intent to invade this persons home is shown to me looking at these logs. No doors were lockpicked, you never equipped any raiding tool at all, and you were never damaged by the baser. You never even attempted to kill the baser after killing them or perform any actions to begin with after the fact. You told me in the sit you didn't have a blowtorch in your inventory and that you didn't lockpick because the door was already open. This is still on you. It will still be considered a raid counter if you kill the raiders and then don't pursue the raid for whatever reason. This falls under this common rule of the MOTD:

What you did is the definition of countering regardless of your intent I decided using my best judgement that a person who's been playing as long as you and has NUMEROUS warns and bans should know better and should plan ahead if they're gonna counter a raid. I still don't even see any intent of countering regardless so I could've safely banned you for intentional RDM as you don't even have any affiliation with green but instead I gave you the benefit of the doubt and figured you were just countering to save your friend.

Skii thought it was reasonable to ban, so you got that wrong. This is an absolute run-on headache of an appeal to read. From what i know, you killed someone else while raiding green and left because you didn't have blowtorches, and even in that situation, you killed a dude and left. That'd be a counter raid by definition.
