Why were you banned or warned?

So I crashed from the server and then I logged back in. I went over to the place where I was originally basing. Once I bought all the doors I was prepping my dupe and before I could place it a cop named "Holographic" Fined me for 5k for JW. I was confused because I was standing still by the doors and messing around in my tool menu for at least 30 seconds and in no way shape or form was I walking around on the street. Once he fined me I shot him and before I could report the man I was banned for 6 hour for RDM

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I've been playing all day without a single warning or kick. I've been respecting the rules and just having a good time RPing. I just feel like I could of handle the situation better and I don't feel like I deserved to be banned for 6 hours.

RDM isn't a good response to someone that breaks a rule, calling a sit is. You should call a sit next time instead of gunning him down. Someone has just informed Vexxy that you appealed.

So you got fined  and shot the cp that fined you . 

First off you cant kill the cp  once you paid the fine 

"Killing the cop/mugger who has just fined/mugged you after you paid a fine is FailRP"

 

second did you get a sit or were you just banned ? 

 

 

Falsely killing someone (RDM)

Accidental: Verbal warning or warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided. 
Intentional: Warning or a 1-3 day ban

If the player is RDMing for false reasons and is asked to stop (ex: Revolution is over but still killing CP) the ban should result in a 1 hour - 24-hour ban depending on the player's attitude

If the player killed the person for "Revenge RDM" because they are angry they lost then it should result in a warn - 3-day ban depending on the player's attitude and punishment history

If the player killed the person for no reason but to just kill them, a 3-day ban should be issued for "No Intention to RP"

 

This is our punishment guidelines for [Rdm] but staff are able to ban you as they wish but it needs to be reasonable and valid

I did indeed pull them into a sit, Their response to Killing Holographic was "Because I did" Which is almost a non-response. 

I banned you for 6 hours because of your response and how you were dealing with the situation.

You dont just rdm someone because they fined you, if you broke free you could've but if you paid the fine or was arrested, you cant go back and kill them. Thats just RDM.

6 Hours was a very minimal time because your intentions were to just kill them. You seemed like you knew what you were doing so I punished accordingly.

If you've been playing gmod long enough you must have been in a situation in which if you got RDM'd you killed the person back

 

In my case I shot a man that FailRP first because I've made multiple complaints about RDMers earlier today and nothing happened.

 

And I honestly  I don't like how you handle the sit either you kept asking me questions resulting in the player "Holographics" death and you didn't give me a chance to explain myself and what the player did that resulted in him FailRPing. First comment "Your reason is so he got shot?" Didn't understand what your trying to say and you went on asking my why, why, why. I got fed up and said "If you're just gonna banter at me and not let me speak just jail me and be done with it".

If someone is breaking a rule you let whatever is happening happen then you report it to staff using @ 

You dont just go ahead and gun them down and hope that the case resolves itself after abit. Even if they broke a rule, you broke a rule as well. two wrongs dont make a right, as they say.

What rule did they break and what evidence do you have against them. Cause unfortunately I do not have either of them as of this time. 

Feel free to serve your 6 Hour Punishment for RDM and during this time if you have evidence that the other user broke a rule, feel free to make a report against the player at this time.

Here's the deal I ain't letting this appeal go on any further you Revenged RDM'd the player which is just as bad as a regular RDM.
