And in the video it say's that > https://imgur.com/a/1FuHURK *edited* About the full health you can use the heal gun to make full health or a medic can do it too for you when you are a small model. You are in fact correct and the reason why I made this post, is because they have reduced health and damage on purpose and them having maximum health is an exploit as a small models health will cap at its base rate.
