So in the end your losing a lot more when you take out your chips compared to before this cap. if this is how it works, that doesnt make you lose more money. .99*1,000,000 = .99*50,000*20 this may have been done just to avoid the integer rounding errors seen with larger numbers of chips being exchanged at once. If that's the case, then 50000 is way too low. Floating point errors only start in the hundreds of millions.
